Love this salon. Very clean. Suzanne did exactly what I wanted. Very amazing personality and nothing but good vibes. Love my hair and she even made sure my hair came out as healthy as possible. Definitely recommend and will be going here forever! Also Alex the receptionist was very friendly and knew everything I asked. Love love this place. ❤️

I went here after a terrible wedding experience at Charles Scott in Rocky River. Leann did my bridal up-do and did what other salons told me I couldn't due to the length of my hair. She worked well with hair pieces and I left very pleased with the service! I also got my bridal makeup done and it lasted the entire night. Very friendly, well priced, highly recommended!

I was a first time customer. My partner referred me after she had received a $26 haircut from one of the stylists. Her hair is down to her shoulders so I figured (my hair being shaved all around) my cut would be reasonable. I walked away spending $40. My stylist didn't wash my hair, style it, or use product..nothing. Sprayed it down with water.. The cut took probably 20 minutes maximum and they charged me $40. She didn't even do a decent job. When she was finished, she reccomended that if I were to return to the salon, to see another stylist there that has more experience with short cuts!! I was furious when I left. Speaking for myself and my partner, we will ABSOLUTELY never return there.
