Ichiban Salon & Spa

Went in for gray coverage, trim , blow dry and flat iron. I gave 2 stars because at least my grays got covered however I left with so much black color all over face and neck. I asked her to get as much off me as possible and she attempted for 2 min then handed me the towel and remover and told me to "keep trying myself". Yes I love going to salon to "do myself " . I really wasn't happy when I spent 2 hrs trying to get it off my forehead, cheeks and neck. Also the hair color was still caked on my scalp towards the back of my neck so I had to wash my hair the same day of appointment which was a disappointment because I spent money on blow dry and flat iron. Oh well I learned its better If I stay home and color my own hair.

Spa Pedicure & manicure with Juliet. Love the Ichiban atmosphere and services. Juliet is amazing. She goes above and beyond, with helpful tips on how to maintain healthy nails between visits. Looking forward to other spa services.

A fantastic time at Ichiban Salon! I needed a touch up to my roots while away from home, and Lisa did a terrific job! It’s hard to find somewhere that uses the same brand of color and toner, but they had it! My stylist, Lisa, was wonderful! I also love that they have a bar so that I could relax and grab a drink (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) while my hair was processing. All in all a 5-star experience!

Great receptionists, welcoming and personal vibe overall. Talented stylists, colorists, shampoo associates, nail techs, spray tan expert. Niceties, like refreshments. Only bad experience in ten years was with one of the estheticians who did not think I was worthy of being treated like a valuable, loyal client. She shouldn't work with the public if she can't keep her OCD from negatively impacting client experience. Overall, I highly recommend Ichiban for many services.

We had excellent manicures with Susan! She is very thorough, calming, and lovely to talk to. We will be returning for future services!

This place is wonderful! I had the full spa day experience and I can't recommend it enough. Absolute luxury at a very reasonable price (did plenty of comparison pricing). The staff is very kind and professional. If you are looking to be pampered like royalty, this is the best place to go. 10/10 I intend to make this a regular occurrence. Truly loved it.

I have been coming to Ichiban for years! They have amazing service and great products. Chelsey has been cutting my hair for years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She knows exactly what I want every time. Juliet is an amazing nail tech and she feels like family every time I get my nails done! She never lets me pick my nail color and amazes me with how perfect the color is. Lisa is such an amazing colorist and I love seeing her every time I come in! I would recommend them over and over again.
