I like my hair a certain way and I'm not sure why nobody is talking about Jill. She knows how to cut curly hair and is very personable. She cuts it and styles it how I like and gives good hair tips. She's fine with my casual hair cuts without the bells and whistles but also has good ideas.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Taryn Gauvin at this salon. I messaged her at 5 PM, more than 24 hours before my appointment, asking if it was possible to move my time from 6:30 PM to 12 PM the next day. She didn’t reply until around 8 AM the following morning — nearly 15 hours later — just to say she’d let me know if anything changed. She never followed up after that. Later, when I decided to cancel (since no one got back to me), she responded with a rude and dismissive message, saying that asking to move an appointment within 24 hours counts as a cancellation and that I should find another salon. What’s ironic is that if she had simply replied the same evening — instead of 15 hours later — I would have canceled within the 24-hour window and everything would have been handled properly. Her explanation about the 24-hour cancellation policy makes no sense when she herself fails to communicate in a timely manner. If a stylist expects clients to respect policies and cancel on time, then she should also respect her clients’ time and respond promptly.

I highly recommend Breigha for your hair needs! She was amazing with my little ones. She was also very personable. I get very anxious when I get my hair cut but she helped ease my worries. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Breigha was recommended to me from a friend 2 years ago. I originally went to get my balayage fixed as the hairstylist I used to go to ruined my hair. Breigha was very honest & set clear expectations about how she would go about fixing my hair in the safest way possible and I have been going to her ever since. I always LOVE my hair after I get it done with her. To the point where I just trust her to make decisions for me because I know it’ll look amazing no matter what. She is extremely talented & professional and offers a long list of different services. Also, I took her lash certification course a year ago after she had done my lash extensions (which I also loved).

I’ve been going to Breigha for a few years now and my hair has never been so healthy. I always wanted to experiment with different styles but I never trusted anyone to cut my long (but seriously damaged hair) until her. I’ve love every cut she has given me, from long layers to full bangs, even a long bob! She also does my lash extensions too! She’s super affordable and provides great customer service! Definitely recommend Breigha at Hair Heaven!

I started going to Breigha this past year when I moved to West Warwick. I was walking by her salon one day and was immensely impressed with the decor and organization. I made my first appointment and since then, have been super happy with my cuts and color. She is a true artist and is super passionate about her work. I highly recommend her!
