Overall, Blu is a lovely medispa, that offers a wide range of services. I appreciate the ease of booking online and the availability of appointments at various times throughout the week. The employees at the front desk check-in area are always welcoming and genuinely nice. The waiting area is clean, quiet and comfortable. The fireplace lounge is a peaceful place to relax both before and after a massage. My mother and I agree that it’s our favorite feature of Blu. Plus, the recent renovations are a lovely addition to what already was a wonderful spa. Specifically, Crysta is a fantastic aesthetician, and has such a positive and fun personality. She has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in her field. I have been booking my waxing sessions with her every 3-4 weeks for the past 8 months and have never been disappointed with my results!

Long story short, the stylist colored my roots wayyyy to light and I would’ve had her redo the color but I was getting ready to go to Florida and didn’t have time. She copied the hair color from their records 4 years ago even tho I told her I wanted the root color darker, ( I wanted dark blonde to light brown at my roots.). Then she tried to convince me that she gave me the right color. I complained to the mgr/cashier while paying the bill, but they were non committal about any action THEY were going to take. She was nice, but made no attempt to fix it. And I was leaving for Florida the next day. I’m

I recently went to Blu Salon for a color appointment. Before booking, I called and explained exactly what I wanted done and was told to book it as a whatever took the most amount of time due to having very long and thick hair. So I booked a full head of highlights. A few days before my appointment they called and had to reschedule my appointment to a balayage service for $325. While I was there I again told them what I wanted and they started to do my hair. Never once did they inform me of any additional costs. I was not made aware ahead of time that there would be an additional $40 charge each time more color needed to be mixed due to long/thick hair, and that a root smudge/touchup would be an additional $115… My total came to $600, which was a huge surprise and far beyond what I was expecting for a root smudge and highlights. I believe pricing, especially when it can increase that significantly, should be clearly communicated before the service begins so clients can make an informed decision. In addition, the final result did not meet my expectations. There are visible color stripes where the root smudge shade is different from the base color of my hair, creating a noticeable line rather than a seamless blend. For the price paid, I expected a much more polished and cohesive result. For that price point, I expected to absolutely love my hair and be blown away. While it looks okay, I’m not overly impressed, and it certainly doesn’t reflect a $600 result in my opinion. Transparency in both pricing and technique would go a long way toward improving the overall client experience.

I’ve had massages here from many different people and they are all great! Most recently I had one with Cassidy. Her firm pressure was actually firm and perfect! Really enjoyed my service! Melinda is also amazing! Prices could come down a bit in my opinion but overall I always enjoy my experience here.

Love the new Blu. I have been a client for 2 years and am impressed with the cool cozy atmosphere they built. I love my Massage Therapist, Valencia. The best! Nicole provides the best facial and overall skin care. I enjoy my time with them receiving superior service. I am a forever client as it is an experience that helps combat the day to day. Can’t wait to try Infrared Sauna.

Brook’Lynn provided great service today. I loved how get did my nails and toes. I had a basic pedicure and gel nails done to match a dress I’m going to be wearing tomorrow. She provided great conversation too. I love seeing her every time I’m in here. I liked some of the music they played but I wish some of it was more upbeat.

I had a great experience at this spa today. From the time I walked in and was taken to the room to change into a robe, and off to the quiet room (it may have been a little too warm), and then to the facial room where every step of my procedure was explained. The esthetician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Crista!
