I want to publicly commend the stylists and owners at this salon for the extraordinary level of professionalism, patience, and integrity they showed during an extremely uncomfortable situation. While I was there, a client came in openly talking about being in rehab and proceeded to be beyond demanding, rude, and completely unrealistic from the moment she sat down. Her hair was severely knotted, and the stylist spent over an hour carefully brushing it out—something many salons wouldn’t even attempt. After that, the stylist beautifully matched her natural hair color to extensions, which objectively looked seamless and well done. Despite this, the client continuously complained, insisting the color was "wrong" and demanding it be made lighter. The stylist calmly and professionally explained that going lighter would seriously damage her already fragile hair. That advice was clearly given with the client’s best interest in mind—not convenience or profit. As the extension service was nearly finished (and looked great), the client escalated—complaining loudly, creating a scene, and making it clear she was trying to avoid paying for the service altogether. Her behavior became so disruptive that the stylist, rightfully, refused to continue, and management had to ask her to leave. What stood out most was how gracefully and respectfully the entire team handled the situation. No arguing, no embarrassment tactics—just calm boundaries and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see a salon that protects both its staff and its standards. Hair professionals are artists and service providers—not punching bags. This salon deserves full credit for standing by their team and maintaining class under pressure. I would trust them again in a heartbeat. On top of it my hair looks incredible as always!

Alicia always makes me feel more confident in my hair after I’m done seeing her. She does fantastic work consulting, cutting, styling, and coloring. I used to divide my work between a men’s stylist and her; now I just see her. Today I came in and needed to style my cut differently—no issues—we brainstormed and I was pleasantly surprised by the result. I love the color and the style even though I’m parting a different way. Last week, she provided a keratin treatment which was such a great change of pace. She can provide any service you want, but will give you ample warning if you might make a decision you’ll regret. I’ve NEVER left disappointed. She’s truly "mastered her craft" when it comes to my hair. I unfortunately have had multiple stylists try and fail when I’m trying to take my style a different direction. After a good amount of research (roughly two years), I can confidently say that she is my stylist moving forward and indefinitely. I highly recommend her for anyone struggling to lock down a style that they can go with.

From the moment you walk in everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The space itself is beautiful...spacious with tons of natural light. Alyssa Dobbert is a genius and has a customer for life! Last but certainly not least, the price point for the level of service can't be beat. So happy to have found Palm Beach Hair Co!

Called last minute on a Sunday and was booked right in. Kristy was my stylist, she was great! Very friendly & did a great job w my wash & blow out. The salon is cute & clean with a great vibe. At check out i was disappointed to be charged $25 to have my wispy bangs cut. I always ask for a quick trim, And its always been included at other salons. I swear it was 4 snips w the shears. Took under 1 minute to do, probably 30 seconds. Because of this, 3 stars and I'll find another place for my nxt blow out. * Nothing against the staff They were all great.

I’m honestly obsessed with how my highlights turned out at Palm Beach Hair Co. They are absolute perfection! The color is blended so naturally, bright but soft, and exactly what I wanted. The stylist took so much time to make sure everything matched my skin tone and looked effortless. The whole team is so professional and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. The salon itself has such a nice vibe too it’s clean, relaxing, and you leave feeling amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair already. I had such a wonderful experience at this salon, and Todd was the reason why. From the moment I sat in his chair, his energy felt very real and genuine. He listened carefully to what I was hoping for, asked the right questions, and paid attention not only to my hair, but also to my face shape, skin tone, and personal style. It felt less like a standard appointment and more like a thoughtful consultation. Todd is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to hair. He explained what would work best for me in a way. He suggested baby highlights to add more depth and dimension to my hair, while also helping the inevitable grays blend in more softly over time. That alone made such a difference, because it was not about covering everything up, but about working with what I have and making it look intentional and flattering. The end result was very natural, brightened my overall look. Todd considered my face shape and features and recommended a cut that frames my face in a very flattering way. He also shared styling tips for a beautiful blowout. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and 1000% satisfied. Todd has a mix of technical skill, artistic eye, and authentic personality.
