I was a walk-in on a mother's Day weekend - place was packed but I was in and out. I came in after years of neglecting my hair, just had removed a wig install in braids before that... Needless to say my hair was very damaged... They specialize and not just making your hair look beautiful they also specialize in hair care and even give you a quick consultation during your first visit.... This was my first time here and now I am a faithful customer of Karline's Salon.

Consultation gave me ZERO confidence that she had any idea what I was asking for or if she had any ideas or thoughts other than fear of my thin fine hair. The whole thing was sketchy and felt like a fiasco waiting to happen. He said they could only have a vision for my hair if I had a photo to go off of, as opposed to just discussing what to do with my hair instead. It felt complicated and NOT reassuring. They smiled at me as I left, very patronizing and insulting. It was obvious that my business meant NOTHING to them. That's sad.

This salon was recommended to me by a coworker who had been coming for years. I've used their services for almost a year and I've always been pleased. Karline not only does fabulous styling, she is a strong proponent for doing what best and healthy for your hair. She's taught me a lot on how to care for my hair. Go - you won't be disappointed!!!

They are always updating and edifying themselves on the latest trends in haircare and they educate their clients as well. Random people are always asking me who does my hair.
