Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Went in for very first perm, came out with perm. Everyone was very energetic and positive. Was worried if my fine hair could take a perm but my worries were put to rest. Learnd that a perm is an all day commitment for everyone involved and is very strong smelling. I still have the 72 hours till I can get it wet and get rid of the smell. But I can already tell I am loving these curls. Thanks so much Elaine for the 4 hours you had to stand and curl each individual hair section! Master of your craft for sure!

I had a great experience at Fantastic Sam’s! Britney was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut turned out exactly how I hoped—clean, stylish, and easy to manage. The shop was clean and welcoming, and I was in and out without feeling rushed. Elaine is truly wonderful. She cut my son’s hair perfectly and made the entire experience feel respectful and calm. She actually listened, explained what she was doing, and — most importantly — asked for permission, not forgiveness. That meant everything to me as a parent. She’s not only incredibly talented, but also genuinely lovely as a person. You can tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. We will absolutely be back, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Lex did an amazing job on my hair! As a person who has long hair, you can feel a little anxious about having someone else cut it. Lex made sure she was only cutting off what I felt comfortable with and was asking all the right questions. Thank you Lex!

I Have gone to get a full highlight about twice now, and loved getting to work with elaine! She is an amazing stylist, and was a big help in explaining everything. I was really nervous my first time and she really helped me feel more comfortable and confident! Will definitely keep going here just to get her again

Tiffany was GREAT! Oh my gosh! I started at the Taylorsville location and had received a haircut that was nothing like I wanted and I looked up the nearest location and West Jordan was it! When I arrived the salon was very busy and I was worried, I explained my situation to the person checking me in, she went right to Tiffany (the manager) and she came right over to me. I explained to her what had happened and that I really wasn’t happy with my cut. Tiffany asked if I could wait for her to be available and she would be happy to fix it for me, I happily waited. Tiffany was very apologetic, gentle, and kind. After explaining what I wanted Tiffany confidently went to work, and it was amazing. I LOVE my cut! I looks so fresh and light! I’m so happy that I didn’t give up and I went to the West Jordan location, so happy with the end results! Thanks Tiffany!
