Natty Jackson is AMAZING for color. I’m blonde and I came in saying I wanted to find my signature color and look. Together we came out with the perfect shade of blonde, she knows me so well now that sometimes she’ll add in a new tone to try out and I love it even more every single time! Not only that she has gotten my hair soooo healthy. That is so important to me with bleaching my hair. It’s so soft, thicker and longer than ever. I get compliments everywhere I go. She does great styles and cuts too. Request her when you come in. The salon itself is amazing you feel pampered every time!

Natty is the Queen of hair!! By far the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and my mom was a stylist growing up. I have curly hair and not everyone knows how to work with that but she’s actually made it look better. Also she’s just the best, so inviting, and fun the be around. Highly recommend!!!

Natty Jackson gets it. I had never colored my hair growing up, and when I went grey I had no idea what I was doing looking for a colorist. After countless failed attempts - I found Natty and she brought back my exact natural color. And by the way, her real talent is cut, and it’s actually an art what she can do. It staysss looking effortlessly perfect. Endlessly grateful!! Also she is obsessively detailed with extensions - mine have been in 4 months and I get more compliments on my hair than ever before. I drive from OC to LA for this girlie.. wouldn’t even do that for a dream man!!

Natty is AMAZING!!! She did such a great job on my extensions and blending them with my natural hair! She added blonde k tips and they look seamless. I also go to her for cut and color and it's perfect every time! If you ever need extensions or any hair needs go to Natty!!!!!

Love this place!! Alex did my daughter's hair and mine. Reasonable price, just make sure when you make an appointment to double check if your colorist also trims hair. Alex ONLY does color but is amazing. I ended up also getting a cut from someone else there and it was extremely expensive for what she did so beware of that. I got about 2 inches cut with some layers and that cost me $300🤦🏻‍♀️ I was shocked, to say the least. If you're going from long hair to a bob then I would say totally worth it but for a trim or simple cut I wouldn't do that again. Everyone is super sweet, trendy place. They have valet but never saw the guy so had to pay the meter a few times. Will definitely be returning!

Los Angeles has talented colorists the way it has traffic, everywhere, constant, unavoidable, so you can’t choose based on skill, that would be like choosing a restaurant in this city based on whether they serve food. Natty Jackson sees beauty, not the kind you tell yourself exists while squinting in bad lighting but actual beauty, and when she’s finished you look in the mirror and think, "Oh, that’s what I’m supposed to look like." Natty is an artist, she understands shading and highlighting and color like a fine art student at Parsons or RISD, she understands faces and also when to talk and when talking would be an act of violence, but she’s not one of those aggressively silent types who makes you feel like you’re being punished, she glows, it’s annoying how much you want to be around it. I’ve been colored by people who own salons and Natty’s better, she doesn’t make you wait because she grasps that your time has value which in Los Angeles puts her in about the top 2% of service providers, she moves like a surgeon who gets everything right while making it look like fast play. My brown hair was dead, not "needs a trim" dead but dead dead, and she brought it back in under two hours which shouldn’t be possible but was, the blowout held, didn’t go limp like, well, everything else in this city the second I walked outside. The salon’s in a good location and there’s parking on Santa Monica. Parking! Remember when that wasn’t the highlight of an outing? Natty Jackson.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I’ve been coming here to see Natty for the past ~5 years and can’t recommend her enough! I have thick, dark hair with texture, and it can be hard to find someone who truly knows how to work with all hair types. Natty gets it *perfect* every time, and I’m so grateful to have someone who makes changing up my style such a fun and stress-free experience!
