Hair By Flo Japanese Hair Straightening

Could not recommend Flo more. I’ve been a client for 8 years and regularly get cuts, color and the Cezanne smoothing treatment. The Cezanne is unreal, does what a Brazilian does, but no risk of over drying, no risk of losing volume. It smooths and de frizzes and last for months. Highly recommend!!

Flo gave me a very nice haircut and deep conditioning and blow dry style. Will definitely be back for the keratin treatment

I have extremely curly and thick hair! I have had my fair share of straightening treatments by multiple people. Flo is the absolute best!! She takes such good care of me every single time I sit in her chair. Always ensures I’m okay, that the scent isn’t too strong, & that I’m comfortable, etc. She 100% has your best interest when you’re sitting in her chair and to be that is so important. I would recommend her to all my close friends for the Japanese hair straightening treatment !

You were to too cheap to pay for your disrespect ( canceling 4x ) of Flo’s time and her services. BYE! Wish google allowed me to respond to her. 🤷‍♀️

Flo is the best! She goes above and beyond with meeting with me with my hectic schedule. She has also been cutting my hair for 2 years now and I am always complemented on my haircuts and how great they look. If you know you want a great look, you have to see Flo.

I've gotten Japanese Hair Straightening treatments done multiple times throughout my life, so I'm aware that they are not the best for your hair and cause damage, but in my experience, Flo caused way more damage than should have occurred. I think this was primarily because she was on the phone during my whole appointment causing her to forget where she had already applied product, apply the product unevenly, and allow some pieces to be over exposed to the chemicals. This made my hair extremely dry, brittle, and damaged, but not all throughout the hair, but scattered throughout certain spots in my hair where the product was applied unevenly or for too long. It's taken over a year for my hair to be less damaged, but its still taking time. The typical process of getting a japanese hair straightening treatment is very long as you have to apply the treatment, allow the treatment to sit, wash the treatment out, blow dry and straighten the hair, and repeat the whole process over again. It normally takes about 4.5 hours and while I understand needing to check your phone and respond to clients, I think that checking her phone could have waited 30 minutes until it was time for the treatment to sit to ensure that my treatment was done correctly and in a timely fashion especially since this is a very costly treatment. My treatment took about 6.5 hours and I believe Flo could have easily cut off 2 hours of time by not being on her phone so much and also could have done a much better job.
