salon! My blowout came out absolutely flawless — smooth, bouncy, and full of volume without feeling stiff or heavy. It lasted for days and still looked fresh and polished. The stylist really took the time to understand the look I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. My daughter’s braid was just as beautiful. It was neat, perfectly parted, and styled with so much care. She felt so confident and special walking out — and as a mom, that meant everything. The braid stayed secure and looked amazing all day. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and you can truly tell they take pride in their work. We will definitely be coming back!

Mariah, the manager, embodies and personally demonstrated amazing customer service for me this afternoon. She made sure that my hair was styled perfectly. My hair looks beautiful, thanks to Mariah. She made me feel special and cared for…I wished I lived her so I could come here often. 😊. Thank you!

10/10 don’t recommend. I paid for a 50 minute appointment and wasn’t even in there for 30 minutes. I was rushed and they just wanted me out of the door. Staff was nice, have to give them that. I showed what I wanted (loose curls at bottom). I leave with pin straight hair. I went to a different salon, they got me in right away, and I left with the loose curls. Will never go back.

I really wanted to like this place as a first time customer since I live very close. I am quite disappointed. I didn't even have too high expectations, I just went for a regular blowout. Stylist asked what I wanted and I explained just regular straight (I have straight hair) and that some volume and product on top to achieve volume would be great. After she stared she said : you wanted curls right? I explained that my hair doesn't really hold a curl, but she can try if she wants I don't care. I explained that the only thing I care about is volume on top. She then proceeded to explain why my hair doesn't hold a curl (who cares? I didn't ask for a curl?) She used a flat iron on my hair, and that was never discussed and isn't a part of a regular blowout, especially when trying to achieve volume on top. It was also quite unprofessionally used, as I kept hearing my hair snap repeatedly as she used it on me. I almost wanted to get out of the chair, and I probably should have. Towards the end she was scraping by scalp on top with the brush flattening my hair further.

I got eye lashes and my girl was so nice, technique was new but awesome as it lined up so well! I am so sorry I didn’t realize tip wasn’t in or asked so I didn’t tip you (which I never not do especially when someone like yourself is so great!!) as I was expecting you to ask or suggest a Venmo whatever ( not your fault). But if you need lashes done in a jiff and well done please go here. I went on a Saturday am and they got me in an out and it was a girl with dark hair who was behind the check in desk. If you see this, my apologies I will be back and tip you X2!

The easiest, fastest, and best hair appointment I've ever scheduled in my life! I needed my hair done for a friend's wedding, the girls knew exactly what I wanted and even suggested a few things to help keep my hair looking great the whole night! Lasted all through the night at my friends wedding and I received many compliments! The results were amazing! And their open on Sundays! 10/10 recommend & can't wait to go back!

I went to Blo for my wedding hair. The trial was great and I felt super confident going back on the day of my wedding. The trial had been QUICK but I thought that was just how they did trials. However, the day of my wedding appointment was pretty similar— while I was getting my hair done (and still had a bit to go) someone came over to tell my stylist that her next appointment was there and ready to go. This made me feel anxious and rushed. My stylist was lovely, but I immediately felt like my time was running out and she needed to push me out to pay and get onto the next one. I left the salon feeling kind of rattled and not fully confident with my hair. They only allotted an hour for a wash, blow out, curl and pinning 1/2 up. This is not enough for long occasion hair. I just think its something to be aware of, especially for brides who might be a little more concerned than a standard blow-out client. I ended up deciding not to worry to much about my hair and go with the flow of the day but had I let it, the rushed appointment would have def sent me over the edge on my special day. I hope they hear this and adjust accordingly.
