Chris was absolutely amazing at walking me through all of the makeup options. He helped me find the perfect collection of primer, foundation, concealer, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick. His patience and expertise were fantastic!

I’ve literally been getting compliments left and right about my hair. It’s easily one of the best hair colors I’ve ever done, and I dye my hair a lot!

It's nice but it seems that Ulta finds the most expensive products and promoted them the most. Great for high end clients

Manger lied to me about my coupon. She told me it was for online purchases only. Only for me to find out I needed help to get the barcode instead of the number. which was on the bottom of my screen once I clicked on the link attached to the number. the manger didn’t want to help me out and blindly kept denying my coupon. instead she just walks away. I’m disappointed with the customer service in this place

I booked an Ultimate Cut with Megan and am so pleased with how it turned out! She took the time to listen to my hair struggles and made suggestions on how best to cut it for my hair type. Will be back with her soon! Thanks Megan 🤍

Wow! Great customer service! I had Megan help me find the right shade of foundation for my wedding day. She had me buy two shades, helped me try them on, and got her expertise on which shade was best. She also provided a Mac sample just in case. Let's just say this bride is far less stressed over how her makeup will turn out in the end. Thank you!
