My sons hair was super long, partially because he hated his haircut from another chain salon and didn't want to take a chance on anyone else. Insert angels singing here...He had an AMAZING expierience with Bianca!!! His hair is short and it looks GREAT!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH BIANCA!!!

I step on the first door to go into the Second door to find its locked uncomfortable. So stunned I just wanted to ask a question about getting my hair done when a women opens the door that works there giving me a odd look. Making me feel even more uncomfortable. I went ahead and ask her how do I talk to somebody about my hair? She shows me a bunch of business cards a keypad with so much noise behind her I don’t know what else she said but I was feeling unwelcome and claustrophobic. Seriously, Waterford isn’t a dangerous area. What’s the deal with the lockdown? I’ve never seen something like this. if ever an emergency, you would never get out fast. I don’t want to feel like a prisoner getting my hair done. Uncomfortable and very unprofessionalism.

Michelle and Jess were so friendly! I had Jess do my hair with baby lights and a haircut. I absolutely love the way it turned out! Michelle was so thorough and professional! I got to drink hot tea out of a cute mug and listen to music while getting my hair done! I’ll be back!

Rude! This hair salon with private suites with a locked door. Who runs business's like this?! They do. We are in waterford and they are trying to be "upscale". Get over yourself. no thank you. Thank you so much for the gentle reply ladies. I wanted my hair cut not to have to read your est. rules on how to get into the door. I have never experienced anything like this before.
