I started coming to this salon three years ago when I moved to Rhode Island, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone here is kind, knowledgeable, and truly works together as a team to give you the best experience — and the cutest hair! I’ve since started bringing my children for their haircuts as well, and we’ve all had consistently great experiences. The atmosphere is upbeat, welcoming, and always professional. The salon is also impeccably clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality haircuts or color at an affordable price!

I have only the highest praise for this salon. If I could use two words to describe it, they would be skill and kindness. Briana, one of the stylists, recently showed the utmost kindness and skill when she came in to the empty salon on a Monday to correct a disastrous highlighting job done at Fantastic Sam’s, full of bleeds. She came in on her time off, made me feel completely comfortable, and spent four hours meticulously highlighting and low lighting my hair to fix my hair. The results were the most beautiful highlights I have ever had in the 20 years I have been doing this. I have learned my lesson and will only be getting my hair done there from now on!

I went to see balayagebybri for a caramel balayage ; the balayage came out fine. However, I told Brianna I didn’t need a trim which was an included service with the price of $230. So I assumed that she would subtract the cost of the haircut from my bill, she did not and charged me full price. So at the end of my service, I left the salon feeling like I just paid an extra $50 for something I didn’t get. So I came back to the salón to schedule an appointment to receive the haircut I was charged for and she made the appointment. 2 weeks before my appointment I DM Brianna on IG and ask her if we can reschedule to a couple days later. She replies "no I can’t do that". I thought that was rude and that she could’ve let me know which days worked for her. So I said alright I’ll just keep my appointment. Then ON THE DAY of my appointment she asks if we can move my appointment up an hour and a half (which I didn’t reply to because I didn’t see it) she then messages me again half an hour before my appointment when I’m already on my way (the salón is a half hour drive from where I live) saying she’s running behind and my appointment will be pushed back half an hour (I ended up waiting over an hour). I asked if anyone else could give me my haircut she said "no I could reschedule you for Thursday instead". Which is funny because when I tried to reschedule before she didn’t say anything about any other availability she had. But now that she’s running behind on her schedule she suddenly has openings.I said "no it’s okay I’m already on my way, I thought you couldn’t do another day and time" she said "well I’m working 12 hours already that day but tried to fit you in if you couldn’t do tonight". Passive aggressive lol. The whole time I was in her chair her vibe was just negative. Idk if she had a bad day or what but nonetheless it was unprofessional to charge me for services I didn’t get when your price is already very pricey, then to say we can’t reschedule my appointment but last minute say you can’t take me at the time we scheduled, then to have a mopey annoyed attitude our whole appointment. Needless to say will not return or recommend.

The worst place I have gotten my hair done. I had emailed pictures of my hair and what I wanted to bri and my hair had not been touched in 9 months so it was basically completely new hair to work on. I was there for over four hours my hair is literally a mess of orange and yellow streaks I messaged ‘balayagebybri’ what she goes by on IG and she said to use purple shampoo this is after only washing it once if I’m going to tone it myself why have I just wasted my money and time coming to see you. I spent $50 on purple shampoos and my hair is still a mess I’m embarrassed to go out in public. I have booked a colour correction with another stylist! When I asked Bri about all this she said my hair lifted warm well isn’t that your job to be able to tone hair so it’s not orange and yellow. A complete waste of my money and time and I’m soo gutted that I drove over an hour away please do not believe all the images and hype on IG! If I could give this place zero stars I would!
