Ulta Beauty

This woman has been on my heart since I left Ulta yesterday. She’s the store manager. I came for kiss nails that showed in stock but when I got there , nothing was there . She came asked me did I need anything , went to the back and found what I needed. She doesn’t know it but I was having a day. I appreciate her having such a warm beautiful inviting personality . I felt like I was catching up with a friend. Customer service is huge ! Every employee in the store was kind . I was greeted and offered assistance . I’m a Ulta platinum member and I’m glad I spend money here . That exchange makes it so worth it .

Poor customer service. My daughter and I went there and made a large purchase. The girl who was helping us claimed to be an esthetician told us not to purchase pro active. My daughter uses it all of the time and was excited they carried it. She then told me some of the Fenty make up was discontinued. Our purchase came to over $400 dollars. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted to put some of the items back before she put my card through. I came in there the next week and the Fenty make up was restocked. I don't know if I want to return to shop there. My was happy though to get her proactive. I also asked if they work on commission and none of the sales people wanted to answer me.

I am highly upset! I bought some perfume back in August, and I had not opened it until right before Christmas! The bottle is defective and doesn’t spray! With that being said no return or exchange is optional for me and I wasted $132 dollars! You should be able to at least exchange it if you have the receipt present! Such a sucky store policy and it makes you not want to buy anything else from here! Be aware of their return and exchange policy. There should not be a timeframe as to when you can wear your items!!!

Came in to buy some cologne and was immediately greeted by a super warm and friendly staff member..Gypsy. Gypsy helped me locate the cologne and even showes me on the app how to get double my points for my purchase. During the crazy holiday season..most service members are burnt out and dont take the time to care or help. I was really impressed and felt genuinely acknowledged. Gypsy deserves some praise. 💗

Eden was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly, really listened, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure I got a cut that worked for me—my hair type, my lifestyle, and even how much time I actually want to spend styling it each day. She took her time, and I walked out so happy with the result. My hair looks amazing! To be honest, I hadn’t had a haircut in a couple of years because of so many bad experiences in the past. But since I shop at Ulta for everything and trust the brand, I finally decided to give their salon a try—and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was wonderful, and the price was very reasonable for a full service (wash, cut, and dry). There’s nothing better than how your hair feels after a fresh cut, and finding someone I can trust with it has been huge. I can’t say enough good things about Eden. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and just truly great at what she does. Highly recommend!

Anakin did an amazing job on my homecoming makeup yesterday! I was very impressed by their work and it was such a smooth application! I was drinking water, ate a burger, my eyes were watering and it stayed flawless the whole night. I was so sad when I had to take it off but I will definitely be back!

I had one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences at this Ulta with an associate named Livvy. I am disabled, and walking extra unnecessary steps is difficult for me. I was already standing at the counter for about 20 seconds while the cashier was counting money. As soon as I asked if she was open, another customer — who happened to be white — ran up, and instead of acknowledging that I was there first, Livvy said she would take that customer. Even after I explained that I am disabled and had already been waiting, I was ignored. Not only did Livvy dismiss me, but the other customer was allowed to go ahead anyway. The entire situation felt like I was being disregarded not just because of my disability, but also because I’m Bangladeshi. This was more than bad service — it was rude, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Ulta needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, regardless of race or disability. No customer should ever feel like they don’t matter because of who they are.
