Supreet is amazing. I travel from Columbus, Ohio for her. Been coming to her for over 3 months for micro-needling and she does an amazing job. Place is very clean and she explains everything to me before I leave to make sure I am comfortable. Picture is after treatment!

I went to Linda for a simple cleaning and made it very clear: I wanted my brows to stay thick. I told her, "just clean the excess hairs, do not thin them out." I even explained that I have a scar on one brow and asked her to work around it, as every other threading person I’ve ever gone to has respected. Instead, she took a huge chunk out of one brow, making it extremely thin and uneven. The moment I saw what she had done, I immediately told her do not touch my other brow because I didn’t want her to ruin that one too. That’s the only reason one looks untouched — because I stopped her midway. When I pointed out how thin and deformed my brow looked, she kept saying, "I only removed three hairs" — which made absolutely no sense given the result. After leaving, I called the salon and spoke with the owner. She asked for pictures, and once I sent them, she dismissed the problem saying, "one is clean and one is not." She never apologized once, laughed at me, and was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone — completely opposite of how she pretends to be in replies to reviews online. This was the worst brow experience I’ve ever had. One brow is ruined and thinned out when I specifically asked for the opposite. If I hadn’t stopped her, I probably would’ve left with no brows at all.

Linda has by far been the best doing my brows, she works amazing with thick brows, she shaped them beautifully!!! I am very happy with the results every time I visit her!! Can’t wait to see her again!

I’ve been going here for sometime now, I went today( it’s been awhile) but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile & how are you doing today… Linda cleaned up my eyebrows for me perfectly 👌🏽 definitely recommend her & this beautiful environment.

Awful company that will steal your money. They will keep charging your card month after month even if you don't have any recent appts. Good luck getting your money back as they will make it as difficult as possible. Do not go here!
