Mrs. Connie truly worked wonders on my hair and my mother’s. After searching for a hairstylist for over a year, we finally found someone so caring and gentle. My supervisor recommended her after her mom’s haircut, and from the moment we met Connie, her kindness and humility wrapped us in comfort. Especially after the painful experience we had with a previous stylist, she made us feel safe and valued. I’m deeply grateful for this wonderful experience, and I will wholeheartedly recommend her. We look forward to returning and being cared for by someone so genuine.

"Time Machine" Connie took my hair from looking like a 1st Blood (grey haired) "John Rambo" to looking more like a sleek, silver, long-haired Tulsa King for under $25. Connie was perfect. I do mean P E R F E C T. She knew the look and the results I was going for even better than I did! I told her I wanted a $25 time machine ticket as a joke because my hair really isn't as nice as it used to be, but she practically delivered exactly THAT... because she also had honest, deep conversation with me that most people these days aren't willing to engage in or capable of having with brand new neighborhood business acquaintances anymore. She made me feel like a longtime, regular customer of hers, in addition to giving me a cut & style that I can't typically get for even twice the price at other places I've gone to before.

I was calling to inquire about a service. Whoever answered immediately hung up without even saying a word. I called back and the lady who answered was very obviously not in a great mood. I asked about openings only to be told they had none available in a very short clipped tone. I kindly asked when they had an appointment available only to get "ugh, what are you even wanting done?". I’m not sure who the lady is who answered, but I genuinely hope she was just having a bad day and isn’t like that all the time.

I recently had a skin fade cut at the Waco Valley Mills location by Brianna and I must say my experience with was nothing short of amazing aside from from the cut I received which was perfect as well was her personality and conversation along with how beautiful I thought she was my visit there was 100% a pleasure I will definitely visit there for another haircut thanks Brianna!!

Went in as a walk in, wasn't greeted or acknowledged. When I asked if they accepted walk ins, he just shook his head yes. I had to climb into the chair, he never let chair down, did about 6 snips, didn't trim my bangs and didn't say thank you, have a great day or anything. Basically I just paid and left. If you're clearly not a people person, you're in the wrong profession. I will never go back to this location, it was a horrible experience!

As a customer, I was really disappointed by the atmosphere at this salon. The manager, Connie, was slamming doors in the back and speaking disrespectfully to the staff while I was there — completely unprofessional. Even worse, I overheard her accusing other stylists of stealing clients and talking negatively about them to the person in her chair. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially in front of customers. The environment felt tense and toxic, and I feel bad for the talented stylists trying to work under that kind of pressure. Management seriously needs to step in and take action.
