Shomari did the most AMAZING job with my hair for my wedding. Not only did it look amazing, but it was also very comfortable AND held up all day/night! I received so many complements and I feel so grateful to have found her! I also got a haircut and a couple of products which have drastically improved my hair texture and health. 11/10 would recommend her to all of my family and friends!!

I've been coming here for years now following my stylist Mari for about 10-12 years! She is the only one who is able to cut my curly hair and not make me look like a pyramid! If you have curly hair you know what I mean. She colors it as well adds some brown into it and it really helps make my curlys pop. Very reasonably priced I dont ever style my hair I always let it air dry and the haircut is around 40ish. Making appointments on the website is also very convenient! I really enjoy this salon. She also does my mother's hair for years now as well!

I don’t normally post reviews but I am so disappointed that I felt it was important to share. I’ve been going here for about a year. My stylist has been Mari. Until my last appointment, it had just been maintaining my rose gold hair that I had before I moved to Ventura. She is so sweet and it looked great. However… I spent $300+ on my last visit with a new request and instead of the black cherry with red highlights I requested, my hair was BRIGHT RED. She never even suggested that the color wouldn’t be what I was looking for. They could tell before I left that I wasn’t happy. I stayed quiet because I didn’t want to be a nuisance. But wanted to reassert my request when I was needing to have my hair done again. Before I scheduled, I expressed my disappointment with my last color and asked if it could be fixed. First I was told I had to get everything turned dark which would eliminate the highlights that I paid for. I then told her I wanted to get what I requested last time and asked if that was possible. I resent the inspo photos I sent before with a screen shot of the request for my last appointment. We agreed on what to do but I was then told that I needed to pay nearly double my normal cost because she had to separate out my balayage from the base. This extra work would not have been necessary if she had done what I had requested in the first place. After all was said and done, I would have been charged almost $500 and there was no guarantee I would even have gotten what I requested. I was really disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of interest in correcting their own mistake.

I saw Shomari, and I'm so glad I did because it's literally the best haircut I've ever had. She really knows how to cut curly hair. She also listened, as I told her I wanted to keep as much length as possible. My hair is so soft and healthy now! She really only cut off what was necessary. Shomari is a really kind, thoughtful person. It was a lot of fun talking to her, too!

Nothing but love for this place. I went in to brighten up my hair after getting low lights that left my blonde locks feeling drab and loved everything about this place. My stylist, Megan, was fabulous, very knowledgeable, and got my color shiny and shimmery and exactly what I wanted via expertly crafted golden highlights, the owners adorable pooches kept me company as my highlights processed and even the other stylists and customers were friendly, fun and approachable. I loved coming here and will definitely come again!!
