I came in for help in deciding on whether or not I should keep my hair long and just do a trim or cut it all off. Iris was super supportive the entire way and kept checking in with me as we went shorter. She also styled it to see what it would look like for this upcoming wedding I'm attending and MAN do I love my new hair! I also love how informative she was! I look forward to seeing Iris my next time around. Thanks girl!

We really like going here. Iris does an absolute wonderful job on my daughters hair. They have mixed hair and Iris does a great job attending to each of their own texture of their hair.

Jamie did a fantastic job on my hair I love it! The atmosphere was great, the salon is so cute, and the music was awesome. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered water, tea, or coffee which was very nice. I got my hair cut from my butt to my bra straps, for only $50! It was a great experience, great price, and Jamie did an awesome job of cutting, curling, and styling my hair. Definitely coming back 🙂

Came here for the first time today. Marcella was great and the salon was gorgeous! I have been neglecting myself for awhile... I hadn’t cut my hair in about 2 yrs, and had been touching up the gray at home. I really didn’t know what I wanted and didn’t give Marcella much direction, but she gave me a beautiful cut and color. My hair makes me feel so good about myself now! I will definitely be back.

Megan was fantastic! She nailed the haircut I was looking for and was super friendly. Megan took extra time to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted before I left and gave me pointers on how to perfect the style when I left. Super accommodating, even considering I was one of the last appointments for the day. I found my new place and will keep coming back. If you’re looking for a new salon, I highly recommend So Lavish, more so, I highly recommend Megan. Thanks so much and see you next month!

DO NOT USE MARCELLA! I made the mistake of letting her color my hair. The entire time I was there, I kept wondering why I was paying for someone to be rude to me. I knew I should have bailed when she never introduced herself to me (I had been to this salon before but never used her) then proceeded to argue with me and tell me my hair was already light enough. My bad, I didn't. After arguing with me and telling me my hair was already light enough, we proceeded.... Again, I should have left, at one point before she even began I even said, should I come back because you've told me 4 times you don't have time... Once we proceeded she never said a word to me, granted I don't need my hair stylist to be my best friend but asking if I need water, explaining what she's doing, that she needs to go get more color or how long my hair needed to process would be nice. When she turned my hair orange she never once apologized, as I was crying in the chair she kept telling me it was my fault because she told me my hair could be warm in color. Warm in color and orange are two totally different things! My hair did end up better then expected but it took 4 hours and a lot of feeling like an inconvenience and being very uncomfortable the whole time. The owner Jenn got involved - thankfully. And guided her on how to save her screw up. Jenn is the only reason this review has 2 stars and not one, because Marcella deserves negative stars. I get things happen with hair and as the stylist you can't always predict how hair will pull color but when you are rude to your customers from the second they sit in the chair, you should probably start wrapping your head around this probably isn't the right profession for you. Jenn - I thank you for your guidance and helping to fix my hair along with the shampoo and conditioner you gave me complementary.
