I have been a customer for a long time here, and I was satisfied with the extensions, and purchased many over the course of 5 years. Last purchase I made I purchased Bellami Infinity weft extensions for $1445 and wore them for 6 months. The Rut offered to store them for me, I wanted to take a break from bleaching and extension wear, and within a year, they threw at least $1250 worth of extensions out, I was never notified that they were throwing them out. They kept like 57 Oz of extensions I never worn. They said they were damaged, however they were not damaged by me and if they were damaged they would have never offered to store them. So I lost about $1250 worth of extensions.. So for those that are doing extensions there, know what you are buying, how much you are buying, and keep your extensions with you.

I have been looking for a great hairstylist for a while now. Arianna decided I just needed to take the bulk out of my hair. It looks amazing and she did a fantastic job. I wake up and my hair looks great. I will return.
