Rios Golden Cut - Universal City

Been going to see Myong for my haircuts since 2005, even when I lived out of state, I'd come home at least every 3-4 months just to have her trim me up. And if it ain't perfect, her great attitude & kindness make up for it. You know, for as many regulars as she gets, it's nice that she always remembers how we all prefer our hair done. So, with all that in mind, I'll happily keep going.

Olga is the best. She gets right every time. And i have started a receding hair line on the side of my forehead and she cuts it perfectly to where you cant even tell. She also makes you feel super comfortable and she is great to talk to.

They had customers waiting to get a haircut on Sunday and only 2 people working. The Manager and the hair dresser were working as fast as they could......and they did. It's a shame, customers can't see or understand the situation going on. They have been short handed and Corporate doesn't want to hire anyone else. I think you better think twice about this or you really will have to close down. Just saying.

did this place close down? only get my haircut about twice a year, I went last week and it was gutted. It would be nice if they had a sign letting people know what happened. Hopefully Olga is still working

I've been going to thus Rios for over 30 years. One of the stylists, Olga, is great. She really knows how to cut & style hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My parents used to have a store in the same shopping center, and I used to get my haircut there all the time. Then I started going to a salon became too pricey! So I went back to Rios and was very pleased. Didn't have to pay so much for a trim, excellent job!

Olga gave me a great haircut. Since they closed the Thousand Oaks location I thought I was doomed. But the trip to Universal City is an easy one. No traffic during the day.
