The pictures below, does that look like a Full Foil/all over highlights?? No. Plus it's still mostly brown AND looks months grown out. Im extremely disappointed with this place.. A lady named Barbara did my hair, I was supposed to get full highlights. She charged me an extra $75 because my hair is past my shoulders and she said she doesnt except debit or credit cards so i had to walk a mile to find an atm so by the time i got back my hair was sweaty and gross...She mixed up a lot of product but barely used any on me. When she put me under the dryer, I Watched her use the same mixing bowl and same highlighting brush to put the same product that was mixed for me put on somebody else! she didn't even sanitize anything how how gross is that? especially after I told her I did not wash my hair that day because I know that it's easier to foil hair and the fact i was sweaty from looking for an atm. She got me out of there so fast that I didn't get a chance to really check my hair all the way and I ended up spending over $200 For the worst hair color experience I've ever had.. It doesn't even look like a partial!! So the next day I went back and I asked her politely if she can fix it and I explained to her that I was leaving out of town and she said she was overbooked and couldn't see me for another week and her books are sitting on her station and I could see she didn't have Her whole day booked so she was lying to me. There was another woman sitting waiting that was apparently her client and when she overheard me speaking to Barbara about how messed up my hair is is the woman looked at my hair and as soon as Barbara walked away the woman ran out of the salon as fast as she could. So I waited and I saw that she didn't have any clienteleAnd she blamed me for her client running out

Nay Lynn is NOT professional! a very nasty, toxic woman. This is her root touch up after she had me cooking under the dryer for one hour while she tended another client. When I requested to correct the mistake, she said; "get out of here! I lowered the prices for you!" 😳 OMG Then she said she had no time to correct it! I spoke to Tommy, he is not only an amazing responsible owner but a gentleman! 6 ****** to him!

I have been coming to get my hair done by Naylynn for many years and she is the best. Hair color, highlights, cut , you name it she does it. Love her.

Naylynn is an amazing hair stylist! She always knows how to handle my hair everytime I come in. She’s been doing my hair for more than 15 years! She has a great personality and very friendly. She really cares about her clients and makes them feel so special. She’s very professional and adds a personal touch with every step of the haircut, color, highlights, and much more! I totally recommend her!

Lori McFeaters is the best stylist I have ever gone to. She knows exactly how to cut hair and always does a phenomenal job. I have never had a bad experience with her or been disappointed. If anything goes wrong, she will fix it immediately. She is definitely my go to gal when I need hair help!

Naylynn by far is the best hair dresser. I have been going to her for about 10 years and I would highly recommend her.
