Amazing nail tech Chee She did a beautiful job with my nails, very professional clean and friendly! Chee made me so happy with the shape and style!! My nails turned out perfect! Amazing shop, all the women were also friendly and helpful!

If I could leave -stars I would!! The experience I had with this salon has left sick to my stomach, I have never been treated so poorly in my life!! I scheduled my hair to get FIXED from a previous hair disaster earlier in the week (my hair was done Wednesday then attempted to fix it Thursday) when I called to make the appointment I expressed how upset I was from the other 2 Days I spent at the other salon and just wanted my hair to what I was trying to get. So Apt scheduled for Saturday 5pm with Brandi, so me being excited thinking Yes! my hair will look good for my vacation next week!!(leaving Wed. night and work Mon- Wed, so my last hope to get it right.)Consultation went well ( or so I thought), she got to work! so after almost 4 hours we rinse, dry and style!( I have a lot of hair so time was not a problem) ( is it me or does salon lighting always suck???) Paid her then went home. Went to the bathroom pulled my all around mirrors out and parted my hair in a half up half down bun and I was HORRIFIED!! I immediately contacted Brandi and let her know how upset and disappointed I was, I received little to no responses and or answers, I WANTED MY MONEY BACK!! After failed attempts with the stylist I contacted the salon via Facebook and asked to speak to a manager or the owner of the salon, got a response that I would be contacted as soon as possible. So here we are Tuesday (the day they open) and heard nothing, so I went by the salon later in the day to attempt to talk to a manager( that wasn't there), I got to talk to her on a stylists cell phone, she asked if I had spoke with my stylist, explained my attempts and Brandi ( the stylist who did my hair) make snide remarks and quirks the whole time I was on the phone (Which not even once did she try to just talk to me herself) so I step around the corner to confront her and asked how she would have felt if I had done her hair that way, which then she got in my face and yelled at me to calm down ( talk about professional) And one of the other stylists stepped in front of her and told her to go outside, which shortly after here I am ganged up on by a customer (getting in my face telling me to leave because I'm ruining her day off) (I was dealing with this on my lunch break) and two other stylist not letting me talk to the lady who was suppose to be on her way to talk to me ( because the owner put me on hold then hung up on me) and all telling me im being hostile because im practically having an anxiety attack from being verbally jumped ( because my hostile consist of talking loudly) from the amount of drama im being put through. So after agreeing to go outside with one of the stylist only to find a few moments later they called the police on me all because I wanted a refund and didn't want anyone else to fix my hair ( because I already fixed it Sunday , and I already went to them to get my hair FIXED!!) So now banned and no one will respond to my messages I figured I would share my experience to warn anyone else that gets REFERRED here! Save your self the hassle and extreme unprofessionalism! I wanted a blond and light brown balyage and my hair was a level 7( not the dark brown root smudge I got) And Not to mention she used PERMANENT hair color NOT DEMI!!!!

Great place! Christina was wonderful. I just needed a haircut. We were done in about 30 mins! Shampoo and everything. Great price for a no frills place too. Family atmosphere and happy faces all around.

It is a nice place and they are great at coloring hair and cutting hair plus they have all types of shampoo and other hair splise that you can buy

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! Please please BEWARE OF THIS HAIR SALON!!! Especially, if you want to keep your hair! I'm being quiet generous giving the one star. Note: This is a family business establishment. The stylists will NOT take responsibility for their mistakes, AND will expect their customers to pay additional to fix them. If you express your concerns, your words will be misconstrued, and you will be considered as "rude and disrespectful". Star Image's hair stylists lack customer service skills. Sure, they are nice and courteous until a mistake is made, then their true colors manifest. I too, made a mistake; I did not read ALL their reviews. And Now, I'm paying for it. It may be a good idea to ask when the last time they had a refresher course or re-certification with hair chemicals. I'm just saying...

I'm so happy that my friend recommended this salon. Everyone is friendly. The quality of the services is terrific. The prices are very reasonable. I used to go to the supposedly high-end salon down the street and pay nearly twice the price for the same quality...and had to put up with the owner's politics being shoved down my throat. Not anymore!
