Newbie to Vivid....actually first time in a salon in 15 years! One of my best friend's is a stylist (yes, I'm spoiled) ❤️. I wanted to treat myself to the "experience" of a salon again and meet Jess and her crew, who my other best friend RAVS about since this is where she gets her hair done and it ALWAYS looks AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by friendly smiles and energetic and cheerful hellos 👋🏻 I met with Jess, who took the time to listen to what I wanted colorwise, learned what would work best with my lifestyle (easy upkeep), showed her a few pictures and she began working her magic 🎩 ✨️ Next up was Dan, not only did he not know me but I had no idea how I wanted it cut or styled and gave him NOTHING to work with. I gave him must haves (to be able to put it up and tuck everything behind my ears) and told him to do his thing... HOLY HELL! That boy has talent! Jess, Adriana, Dan, Ciara and the rest of the Vivid Crew - I'll be back! You guys ROCK!! ❤️🫶🏼🤘🏻

From chopped to HOT! LOVE LOVE LOVE my girl Reign 💖 She has been doing my hair for years and there is a reason I keep coming back. I have had every color you can think of and she gets me there everytime! Not only does she make me feel safe in the chair- by explaining everything to me so I understand the process- but provides a warm welcoming atmosphere with ZERO judgements EVER!!. There is a reason my loyalty to her is so strong. I wouldn’t trust ANYONE ELSE with my hair. I have followed Reign to this new salon and i absolutely adore the atmosphere❤️. Nothing but welcoming people and great vibes all around. Vivid hair lounge is for baddies 💅💃

hands down the best in bucks! no matter what service you’re looking for, there is someone here who can do it, and do it well. i have been seeing ciaira for almost 4 years now and over the years she’s become an actual friend on top of being an incredibly talented stylist. everyone who works here is so sweet and nice to chat with. i’ll never go anywhere else 💖

I love my new hair! The entire team is welcoming, kind and friendly. It was my first time getting my hair dyed. Jess took her time and made it look fantastic. She knew exactly how to make my hair look demential, yet natural and added a soft pop of pink. I got lowlights, highlights and peek-a-boo pink around the back and sides. She cut and styled beautifully too!

About a month ago I scheduled an appointment with Jessica (Level 5 Stylist). She accepted it a few days later after I requested her and I confirmed the appointment two days before my scheduled appointment. Then one day before my appointment, I got a notification that I was changed to a different stylist (Level 1 Stylist). No reason was provided for the change and no call beforehand was given to gain my input. Just a change… If the change was to someone of a similar level it would’ve been a different story. I was willing to pay for a level 5 experience. As most ladies know, you don’t get your haircut often and when you do, you plan it a while in advance. I am beyond irritated that I planned this about a month out just to have my time wasted when I could’ve been looking elsewhere for another appointment.

Love my color! Talented stylist! I hadn't cut my hair in over a year so it was more than halfway down my back, and I haven't had highlights in 8 or 9 years and was desperately missing color. A coworker recommended this place based on Tik Tok and I checked out reviews before booking. I was there for about 4 hours including maybe 5-10 minutes waiting to get started and the wait to sit with the color before washing. The cost for my hair length, partial balyage, and cut and dry was not bad. There is parking in front and on the side of the building. When you enter, there are a couple of chairs, coat rack, and snacks while you wait. There are 5 or 6 salon chairs plus 2 for washing and I think there was something else in the back. Oh and the bathroom is nice too. The staff are friendly and everyone walked out of there with great hair. I was a little nervous at first because my stylist looks so young and I thought he might not be as experienced, but Dan is one of the top 2 stylists who have worked on my hair across 4 states. We talked through what I wanted with length, style, and color throughout the process. He did a rough cut dry first, worked on partial balyage caramel color, and then finished cut to frame my face. He and a woman washed my hair. Both were very gentle, which I appreciate. In the end, the length is just right, the color is gorgeous and even spread, and he curled my tips for a very pretty look. My only complaint is I didn't have anywhere to go afterwards to show off my hair, so I had to text everyone a picture 🙂 KUDOS TO DAN!!

I got my hair cut and blown dry by Paige. I am always a little nervous going to a new stylist and she made me feel comfortable right away. I’m one to needlessly say "I am sorry"when anxious, and she hit me with a "You don’t have to be sorry." and I knew I was in good hands. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks to get my hair colored by her. My niece also comes here, and she’s had a wonderful experience sitting with Russell as well. They are all very friendly.
