Serenity Salon & Spa

I recently visited Serenity Salon and Spa and had a fantastic experience with Deanna. My hair was feeling dull and in need of a refresh, and Deanna worked her magic with a glaze and much-needed trim. The result is amazing - my hair looks and feels healthy and vibrant. But it wasn't just the haircut that impressed me - the entire experience was great - From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and I loved that they offered drinks while I waited and throughout my appointment. The hair wash area was a highlight - the calming music and peaceful ambiance made it feel like a mini-spa experience. I felt completely at ease while Deanna worked her magic. Overall, I'd highly recommend Serenity Salon and Spa to anyone looking for a great hair experience. The combination of talented stylists, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere makes it a standout. Deanna is an amazing stylist, and I'm so glad I found her (and the salon)!

Was looking for a new salon, sadly this is not it. I came in for a haircut. Gave exact description of what I liked, couldn't have been more clear. She gave me nothing what I wanted. I asked for layers with a v cut (my hair was definitely long enough. I get them all the time. I know what I like. Everyone does it for me) and I got a choppy mullet on long hair. New client, and they let a level 1 cut my hair.(I had no idea she was level 1. I found out after the fact.) Very disappointed. Very not coming back. Sorry Dallas, but I think you need more training.

I got my hair done by Deanna and she did amazing! I showed her a few inspo pics and she was able to do exactly that. I also have textured / wavy hair and she definitely showed she has experience working with different types of hair! overall the salon experience was great

Deanna at Serenity Salon was absolutely fantastic! I initially made an appointment with her for a haircut for myself and it turned out great. Turns out she does curly cuts as well and my daughter has 3B type locks so I immediately booked her for the next day. When I tell you she did an amazing job, that is an understatement. She not only has the sweetest personality, she took her time with my daughter’s hair and spent nearly 2 hours finger coiling. My daughter is extremely shy and quiet and Deanna made sure to listen and execute the style my daughter asked for. If you have straight, wavy, or even curly hair, Deanna is the girl to go to! I will be returning to Deanna in the near future!

Breonna’s service and attitude on 02/21/26 was absolutely wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you!! However, Upon scheduling, as a new customer, I was given a $250 total for highlights, cut and blow out. So I paid the deposit ($125), booked and scheduled. The day of service my total was $494. Like WTH😒! That was before my $50 tip for her time and service. No price difference discussion was mentioned as I walked in, during, or leaving from services about the price being different. This is upsetting! As a business owner myself. The last thing I would ever do is give a price and charge the customer double with out clarifying with the customer first that their would be a cost difference and why.. All in all I paid $534 which to me is absolutely bizarre. Breonna I would love to come back but not at a $534 dollar cost. I didn’t cause a scene, I paid and left but to the serenity staff please make sure you don’t give a price and double it upon the customer exiting, make sure the customer is well aware of the cost before hand. That’s totally not ok and had I had known that the cost would have been half of a $1000 I would have said NO. I’m not sure what hair glazing is and I know I didn’t ask for that but it is what it is and Unfortunetly I can’t return at that cost.

We had such a lovely experience at Serenity Salon & Spa! Jasmin was absolutely amazing with my daughter — so kind, patient, and gentle. She made her feel comfortable and happy the entire time, which means everything to a parent. My daughter is still smiling and loving her hair! The care and attention Jasmin puts into her work truly shows. We’re extremely happy with the service and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Jasmin, especially for kids’ haircuts! 💕✨👧

I'm a curly haired girl and there are not many stylist that can cut curly hair without making us look like a mushroom. So with fingers crossed I went in for a consultation with Christina. She is amazing! She listened to my concerns and ideas. We settled on a shag cut for my curly hair! The result was beyond my expectations! I love my new haircut so much! I would highly recommend Christina.
