Extremely Disappointing and Damaging Hair Service - Avoid! My experience with Loan Pham for a blonde highlights/balayage service was incredibly frustrating and resulted in my hair being ruined. I was initially quoted $80 for the service but was shocked to be charged $220 at the end, a significant and unexplained price hike. More importantly, the hair coloring itself was a complete disaster. It is absolutely not what we discussed or what I wanted, and my hair is now visibly damaged and looks horrible. Despite the obvious poor results and my clear unhappiness, Loan was adamant that the color looked good, refusing to acknowledge the damage or the fact that she did not achieve the agreed-upon look. I have photos that clearly show how bad the outcome is. I would strongly advise against getting your hair done here. The lack of transparency in pricing combined with the damaging and unprofessional results makes this an experience I deeply regret.

Went there for eyebrows and upper lip threading. I asked to follow microblading for brows and my upper lip area is prone to get cuts as I’m not a pro in holding it that long so go slow… I was left with no hair on the left brow, big gap between two brows looks so weird and the cuts on upper lip. I understand mistakes happen but there was no apology or even remorse of ruining my face. I’m giving two stars bec they agreed for a walk-in. Never going to this place again!!!!

1st time visit. Myself & my daughter had haircut. My daughter's cut was very good. Loan did a good job, her fingers were fast too.. She did the back style exactly as she showed of a model. Book appointment for haircuts

I had been coming here for over a year but today's most recent experience was disgusting! I shouldn't have to ask a licensed estetichian to put on gloves nor should you be double dipping into the wax using the same stick. Bacteria! Bacteria! Bacteria! Unfortunately this is my last time at this location.

loved my experience at Mk salon. Everyone is so welcoming, and it is Beautiful on the inside. I have had many facials over the years.i am Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon! I come here for my brows. My go-to person is always Kajal but the owner is also so sweet as well! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and their services are really quick! 🙂 I have very sensitive skin and not only is Kajal amazing with her skills but she is also super compassionate, kind and patient with me! She communicates with me to see if doing ok and if i need to take any breaks during my eyebrow threading. Thank you MK Beauty Salon!!!
