Extremely disappointed with my experience. I asked for lighter highlights, but they turned out way too dark and barely noticeable. When I went back to express my concerns, the stylist was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge that the results didn’t match what I asked for. Instead of offering a solution, she dismissed my feedback entirely. I spent a lot of time and money expecting a professional service, but left feeling unheard and frustrated. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to others.

There was a slight wait when I arrived at the salon but everyone was very friendly and the stylist (Anne) was great! Professional, quick, and competent - especially with my unruly, thick hair. Also, the prices are unbelieveably low.

I just moved in the area from San Francisco and was looking for a good hairstylist. My hair was platinum blonde and very damaged . Anne brought my hair back . She seems very honest and sincere she told me to just tone with brown toner over color because of how damaged my hair was and she got the perfect shade of brown with the toner exactly what I wanted ! I recommend her to everyone in the area or outside definitely going to her consistently from now on . I’m so relieved to have found her and she met all my hair expectations! I moved to tracy 5 months back, but due to COVID-19, I held back to visit the saloon for the hair cuts. Today, I visited this saloon after more than an year! I always believe, hair cut involves two aspects: 1) Cut: This s/b done in two parts, coarse followed by fine. 2) Time: Enough time should be given to both types of cuts. Kim was very experienced and professional in doing the cuts. She quickly understood the requirements and gave enough time for both types of cuts. I am thankful & quite pleased with the service. I strongly recommend Kim's work at this place and look forward to visit again.

I like this place. They are always busy and you have to get an appointment. They are good at responding to the call. I usually go there for my son’s and husband’s haircut. They do a good job.
