I wanted to give this place a chance but I would not recommend it. I ask for a TRIM to make my hair even!!! But i left worst with long layers 😓

So amazing !! The ladies here take care of me every time . Maria did my hair and did an amazing job . This has always been the hair I wanted with my hair being so healthy and finally being the length I want it at Maria pulled it off . 5 star customer service & quality !

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. So unprofessional!! Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up and Alicia left!!! The two ladies in the salon looked confused. Communicating with each other and then asked what the price quote was and per ALICIA is was $65 for a man perm. The lady got upset and looked at me like it was my fault for the appointment and the price! Poor service!!

Had a appointment, showed up but the lady that was supposed to do my hair left, a different worker came up to me after shaving a different persons hair and started touching my hair without washing their hands. I had another man’s hair on my phone and who knows how much in my hair, disgusting.

I just want to say that I’ve been looking for a trustworthy hair salon for a long time! God Bless I found Alicia’s salon.

We need real barbers in Tracy that actually care about there customers.. This place states they are not a barbershop?? I agree, the haircut you give is horrible.. you sure didn't say you were not a barbershop when you collected my $ for the worst hair cut of my life.. I have reported you to the BBB and filed a complaint with the city....bad business practices..do not go here for your hair purposes...they over charge for poor cuts...

You know what, i've been to a lot of modern barber shops to request a somewhat specialized comb-over style haircut but they never do it the way i tell them. Its like they do what they think would look better instead. I came here only because it was the only place open early enough for me, and even though there was a language barrier between the lady and me, she did exactly what i asked instead of what she wanted for me. I've paid upwards of $30 for haircuts elsewhere, and this $12 haircut was by far the best i've had. I really appreciated her attention to detail and ability to make me look damn good. Thank you!
