Ruth was amazing. It was my first time going here with my daughter. Ruth went over and beyond. She listened to everything I wanted and requested. She definitely knew what she was doing and making sure her client felt the welcome for a first time customer. She kept asking if I was okay and I needed any drinks or anything thought out our appointment. I definitely recommend her and not just her but Mayra J who helped me today as well.

Crismy is the bomb when it comes to cutting my hair. She's been cutting my hair since she was first able to, and I can always rely on her for a solid cut. You can't go wrong letting her take care of your hair!

I have been going to Versailles for years. I was stoked to hear about their expansion. Getting your hair here is an experience, not an errand. The people here are friendly and always ready to listen. It feels Iike going to a small family shop and I am happy to support local business. Cindee has been doing my hair for over ten years and she is gentle with my tender head. I plan on coming here for many years to come and recommend anyone looking for a new stylist to come and try out their services.

Overall vibe of the salon and lounge was great. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. They have complimentary drinks you can enjoy while your stylist works their magic. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and receive quality services. The receptions BELLA was very attentive and provided great customer service. They also have an app that makes it super convenient to book appointments!

I recently visited this salon after reading the positive Google reviews. While other stylists seemed attentive and professional, my experience with Nargis was extremely disappointing. I was 10 minutes late and tried calling the salon (the number listed didn’t work) and even left a message. Had they picked up, I would’ve happily rescheduled. Nargis was cold and rushed from the start, repeatedly bringing up my tardiness and mentioning her next client. The deep conditioning lasted barely 10 minutes and had no effect. I showed her a reference for side bangs and she suggested layers — I trusted her, but the haircut was choppy and uneven. The flat iron job was worse than what a beginner could do; my hair looked poky and stiff. She was clearly in a hurry and it showed in the careless work. Despite the poor experience, I still tipped 15% out of courtesy—because that’s the kind of customer I am. This was my first time trying a salon in Tracy after moving here, and unfortunately, it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I had to restyle it at home and now need to go elsewhere to fix the damage. Totally disappointed!
