I was a regular at the KTown one. I found this location recently and was in once before. However, the lady that helped me that time is no longer there. I walked in and only needed a haircut and they declined to see me. If she would of told me she was too busy I would of been okay with it but she sent someone to tell me what she could of told me herself. Very disappointed and rude.

It’s a decent and affordable salon specializing in Asian hair. I went at 6pm in a weekday and it was empty. They got me in and out in 45 min with a no-frills women’s haircut ($40) with wash. Only downside is that once I got to the register I noticed a message on their pricing sheet that said to pay in cash. They have a card reader and still took my credit card but seemed reluctant at first (I really had no cash...). Maybe because it was so close to closing time, they relented but heads up that they might give you a hard time about it if they aren’t feeling generous. Korean-run, so there might be a language barrier and don’t expect to chat much.

Worst haircut ever. Don’t go here. I have long hair and they only really cut old lady short hair because it’s a bunch of old ladies that work and go there. They did not condition my hair or part my hair in the center before cutting it it’s uneven terrible.

It was my first time coming to this hairsalon. I did make a last minute appointment, and they were able to accommodate me. I had a great experince. I arrived and they greeted me, made me feel really welcomed. The hairstylist (dirent catch her name possibly Mimi). She took her time cutting my hair and provide excellent service. They washed my hair before and after the cut. Gave me a little scalp massage. I was happy with the end result. I belive they only take cash, which is the only downfall, but honestly it is a great shop. I will definitely come again.

Made a reservation in a weekday morning, but had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Otherwise I got a haircut that was exactly the way I expected it. No complaints, and will come back.

Great haircut from a very skilled owner at a fair price. It doesn’t get better than that. Highly recommend this place for everyone!

I have been coming here for over 7yrs! I wouldn't change them for anything, their quality & hospitality is amazing!!! Great customer service!!
