Was a driver, client loved the great job that Ian did, it was faster than I expected. Lasting only about 30 minutes, and was well done. Staff was courteous and helped client due to her mobility issues Would recommend!

I came here on Labor Day..on my birthday as a treat to myself after a hard few years. The stylist came across as cold, rude and un-talkative. I felt very uncomfortable, there was pin drop silence , no music , and the stylist was completely silent. I kept trying to make small talk just so that the incident wasn’t awkward. The haircut was ok, for so much money you would expect great customer service and a really nice cut. I got neither. Would not recommend this salon ever…the stylist has a lot to learn as far as common curtsy, human decency and maybe learning to smile might help too.

I love Duc Duc Salon! Have been going there for years. Especially enjoy the garden that Hau maintains. Hau has trained with the best and is outstanding with cut and color. Marjan gives an amazing facial. No one can believe my age and much of that has to do with Marjan caring for my skin. Assistants art just precious. I would highly recommend a visit.

Stylish salon but that doesn't make for a great service. This establishment delivers in both categories and the personal attention received is refreshingly gratifying as well. one wants to feel good about their visit and the time doesn't there too - not just the end results, so yes, the total experience was totally delivered, leaving me quite satisfied

Stephanie is fabulous. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for a couple of years! They are distanced from other stylists and they and customers are all masked.

I went for my firs facial with Marjan at DucDuc Salon on a referral from a close friend who raved about her and the Salon, and I have to admit it was a truly heavenly experience for me. Marjan is so down-to-earth and knowledgeable (she immediately noted my health challenges accurately -- I'm pre-diabetic and suffer from PCOS -- just by what she could see in my skin). She did an incredibly thorough job; removing blackheads, applying masks and following up with a mild dermabrasion treatment from my face to my chest, arms and hands. My skin looked so much better and healthier when I left, I was very pleased with what I saw in the mirror.

I keep calling for an appointment on different days at different times and my call has NOT BEEN ANSWERED ONE SINGLE TIME....NOT ONCE AND they haven't set up their voicemail so you can't even leave a message.... ....if they can't even handle a phone, why would I trust them with my hair???... they can NOT Possibly be serious about business. screw this place
