Long story short. I went to this salon based on the high reviews, my appointment was with 'the best colorist' at the salon, I was very excited. I showed her the picture below and said that was my overall goal. She took the wheel, didn't show me any sort of sample color and instead just started applying it to my roots & throughout my hair very inconsistently. The pictures below are exactly as my hair looked when I left the salon. I thought that maybe the color was just a shock to me in their lighting. I got home and sent the pictures to everyone I know asking "is this what I asked for?" - everyone told me that it was absolutely not. I let the stylist know the next day that I wasn't happy with it even after 'trying to like it' all night. She told me the only difference was the bangs in the sample photo have highlights and offered to have me back in to put them in. Nothing about the quality of the cut or the root color. I said I wasn't comfortable with that and asked for a refund. "I'm offering for you to come in and that is the only refund I can offer" and she gave me the owners number. I called the owner, she agreed the only difference was the highlights in the bangs. After again trying to explain that this is not what i asked for, that the root color was never shown to me before application, and asking why highlights weren't done the first time if it was 'the only difference' between the two pictures'; I then asked for at least 50% of the amount I paid as a refund. I was told No for the sixth time. I said that I would be leaving a review and calling my credit card. I then later went to their Facebook to post such a review to find that it had been either deleted, or I (and everyone that I knew) had been blocked by the Salon's page... If 'the only difference is the highlight' and they both stood by it, why would they take down or block me from posting my review? Unless the photo evidence would in-fact show otherwise...

Blondie's is a great salon if you're looking for high quality hairstylists. Emily is my stylist and she does an amazing job! I always feel relaxed and excited about my cut when I leave.

Janie did manicures & pedicures for me and my daughters. She did a wonderful job even though our time line didn't allow her as much time as usual. Thank you very much for a fun, relaxing afternoon & beautiful nails!

I've been getting my hair done at Blondie's for more than 10 years. The hair stylists are all great. They do hair for women, men, and children. Parking is easy and convenient.

April is the best! I really wish I lived closer again. I haven't had my hair cut in almost 3 years. Due to the fact that I have no April and No blondies:(.

Susan cuts my hair and has for many years. She takes time to listen to what I want and uses her knowledge to fine tune . She is great!

Emily is the girl! On point with coloring and cuts. Always. It’s such a comfort to have that confidence in your a stylist - and the bonus is that she is so kind!
