I was looking for a salon to do hair and make-up for my step-sons wedding. Not knowing the area and coming in from another country, I found Le Joli, read the reviews & booked an appointment not knowing what to expect. My experience was wonderful; I had Katy who took her time, made suggestions and really gave me beautiful yet tasteful make-up. Her mom, Fari then did my hair in a simple up-do. She too made excellent suggestions in terms of style and which clips I should have placed in my hair. It was such a positive and pleasant experience that I walked out of there delighted! Thank you for making my special day even more beautiful!

I booked with Kiana. She was nice but said she couldn’t give me long layers because it would look choppy on my straight hair, although I believe long layers is a pretty basic haircut. She ended up cutting my hair straight across the bottom, but unfortunately it was not even straight as seen in the picture 🙁

Michelle was the best. I had amazing chemical treatment and facial ! She has very gentle touch and booked another appointment for my mother next week with Michelle. I swear I walked out looking and feeling 10 years younger. Will definitely be going here more often from now on!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Le Joli Salon and being attended to by a stylist & owner named Helen. I must say that my encounter with Helen was nothing short of a disaster. From her lack of skill and professionalism to her indifferent attitude, she turned what should have been a pleasant experience into a complete nightmare. I strongly advise against entrusting your hair to Helen at Le Joli Salon if you value quality and customer satisfaction. Right from the start, it was clear that Helen was ill-equipped to handle her role. She displayed a lack of expertise and precision, struggling with even the most basic techniques. Her incompetence was evident in the haphazard and uneven haircut she gave me, leaving me with a style that was far from what I had requested. It was as if she lacked the necessary training and experience to perform her job competently. Furthermore, Helen's attitude was nothing short of appalling. She exuded a complete lack of interest and enthusiasm throughout the entire appointment, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Her dismissive behavior and indifference to my concerns only added to my frustration and disappointment. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to Helen she started arguing with me and belittling me. She failed to address my concerns or offer any form of resolution for the horrendous experience I endured. In conclusion, my encounter with Helen at Le Joli Salon was an absolute nightmare. Her lack of skill, unprofessional attitude, and the apathetic response left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise against seeking Helen's services at Le Joli Salon if you expect quality and exceptional customer care. It is evident that she does not care for her clients. Spare yourself the disappointment and find a reputable salon with skilled professionals who truly value their customers' needs.

Going to this salon was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all of my life of getting my hair done. I had purchased a Groupon for Kianas service of "wash, cut, blow dry and style". When I went in my hair was all one length and ends were in great shape because it was trimmed not too long ago. She asked if I wanted my hair washed and I said it was fine since I had just washed it the night before. She asked what I wanted, I showed her pictures of layered hair, again my hair was all one length and I wanted layers. She asked if I wanted any length off and I said if there needs to be and she looked at my ends and said my hair isn't dead so not much needed to be taken off. I agreed. She begins to cut my hair completely dry, no water or product at all in my hair and was very rough. She turned me around and asked if it was good, when all she had done was just take an inch off, no layering at all. So I just reminded her that I wanted layers. She turns me around and is cutting and cutting away, just taking length off. Still no layers. After the third time she turned me around to see if it was sufficient, it still didn't have layers and I just reiterated that I really wanted layers and she told me she didn't want to because she didn't want to make it choppy. I have thick hair so I understand it can be tricky, but if you're a hair stylist, shouldn't you know how to layer thick hair without it being choppy? At that point I just accepted it and said it was fine. No blow dry, no style and at that point I just wanted to get out of her chair. I tipped her and she was very rude and short because maybe it wasn't the amount she expected to be tipped? But I honestly didn't want to tip at all, I didn't get anything I asked for and all she did was take like 3 inches off my of hair when it never needed to be in the first place. I get home and I'm trying to style my hair and see what's going on and it's completely uneven and still managed to be choppy on the ends. I have never had my hair messed up like this before and I've honestly never been this upset after a service. I guess I learned my lesson here and should have listened to the reviews on Groupon more before coming here and getting my hair completely hacked. I hope this helps other people and no one has to experience this level of frustration.

So, I walked into the salon all pumped up for a fresh look, went to the stylist who I thought Helen would work some magic on my hair. But as she snipped away, my excitement nosedived. When she spun me around to face the mirror, I was like, "Wait, is this really my hair?" The layers were all over the place, and it wasn't the chic vibe I was going for. Helen looked pretty pleased with herself, but I was just trying to process it all. Gave a fake smile, paid up, and left with a 'not sure if I'd do this again' kinda vibe. Definitely not what I had in mind when I stepped in. I will never go there again

This is a clean, comfortable and very well run Salon! My vote is for Paige Gosselin, she is the BEST!! You know when a stylist is booked out 2-3 weeks, he/she is well worth choosing. Also, Paige has Square up for Booking, no more calling an getting put on hold only to find our your stylist is not available. YOu can access her calendar, choose the service which will allot sufficient time for her to focus on you!!
