I had my haircut today with Fariba and I’m in love with the result! 💇‍♀️ After years of having long hair, I finally went for a layered cut—and it turned out incredible. Fariba is not only highly skilled and professional, but also full of positive energy. She made the whole experience so calm and relaxing. I truly enjoyed her presence and her amazing talent. Thank you, Fariba! You’re the best! 💖

I got my hair done by Alexis and I absolutely loved my experience! My color that she did was beautiful and i walked out of the salon feeling like a million bucks! Not only is she incredible with color and her recommendations for my hair but she is so kind and welcoming, after spending two hours with her I felt like I ‘d known her for years! What a gem! Definitely recommend her and trust her and can’t wait to go back!

I had a great first-time experience. They corrected my bad haircut from another salon. They achieved the exact look I had originally requested. The staff is very friendly, place is very clean, atmosphere is great. I am very happy with my hair stylist and I will be back.

BEWARE. Stay away from Fariba. She doesn't know anything about cutting hair and especially hair coloring and hilights. She has zero knowledge about what colors to use on a client. Her haircutting and hair coloring skills are sub-par. Save your money, DO NOT go to her.

Located off of Skyline Dr. and Thousand Oaks Blvd. Jamie's Hair Salon has been keeping us beautiful with long lasting loyalty and we keep coming back to say thanks for it. I know when I walk through those doors, the effervescent feeling of being pampered just feels right. I usually strut as I walk out. Stylists have been a part of Jamie's family for so long because there is no good reason to break up a good thing. Love Always.

A friend of mine referred me to here so I called after work and an answering machine picked up saying they weren't available and to call another number that the message provided, so I did. Unfortunately the woman who answered was very rude and condescending. She said she wasn't a hair stylist although I asked if a manicurist had any availability. She added that everyone was gone which was fine but after hearing "so I can't help you" I was upset. A simple "Could I have someone return your call?" would have sufficed. Instead I got a rude response about how I reached some sort of personal line. Let's face it, there are SO many salons and Spas in this area and I did not call to schedule terrible customer service. She was a horrendous example for this establishment. As upset as I was I simply said it was okay and that I would find another salon. I had such high hopes in finding a new and closer location to have my hair and nails done that the phone call just left me very disappointed, especially because my very good friend referred me. I may or may not try to speak with someone else because I don't want to base my opinion over just one person who clearly just needs some love in her life (or therapy).
