I am so happy to have found my new salon after a very, very long search to find a true full service salon that has hours and staffing to meet my needs for a wild schedule. After much review on yelp, I was able to book online a day before a needed appointment time which was very surprising and I was looking for a specialty service: Perm (chemical treatment)And new hairstyle. I found Lupe…what an amazing hairstylist! not only did she listen to me, she allowed me to share photos of a style I wanted and had great conversation with me through the process of a perm and haircut. I walked out feeling amazing, glowing, beautiful again. It had been a long time since I had received such Care And received exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you Lupe. I will see you in 6 weeks! I definitely recommend the salon; beautiful environment, friendly staff, and open seven days a week so they can pretty much accommodate whatever I might want for my self care. ❤️❤️❤️

My sister and came in to get a cut and color done by Roxanne. My sister got a cut and she dry cut her hair within 10 minutes leaving the ends choppy. My appointment was all over color and I wanted a chocolate cherry with violet undertones and the ends of my hair look the exact same although I have hot roots. She left my hair half wet half dry so I figured the color would lighten although the end product was very disappointing. I called to ask for manager or owner and the lady on the phone was rude and told me they couldn’t help me since stylist are independent. I spent $110 on color and am going to fix it with box dye which will give me a better result than a "professional" dye job I came to receive.

One of the best quick haircuts of my life. Roxanne saw the precious pic, did exactly what I showed her AND fit me in when I have been needing a cut for a long time and tild her about my bad day on the phone. A+++ customer service. I could not recommend the service I received here from Roxanne more!!

I saw Roxanne for a color and she did an amazing job! She listened to my color preferences and got it done. I went from a warm brown with highlights to platinum highlights.

I waited approximately 15 minutes without anyone greeting me upon arrival. There is an audible door alarm when entering, so it was clear that staff were aware someone had come in. During this time, a hairstylist walked past me, smiled, but did not acknowledge me verbally or offer assistance. The phone was also ringing with no one available to answer it. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but it appeared that priority was given only to regular clients. I was disappointed, as I had intentionally made an appointment and was looking forward to giving this salon a try due to its convenient location near my home. Unfortunately, the lack of acknowledgment and customer service made this a discouraging experience.

By far amber exceeded my expectations. I wish I would have had a transformation pic cause ya girl needed some help! But from the min we met she made me feel like my voice was heard on what I wanted and she performed! Definitely will be going back!

My hair has been saved! Roxanne took such great care of my hair and has given it life again. You can see from the before and after photos how well she shaped my bob to my face! The salon itself is quite large, with a wide variety of services. The salon is clean and has an open layout. There is ample parking in the lot out front. I’m excited to come back soon for a trim!
