Jon Studio Hair Design

I have been coming to Jon's Studio for a while now, and I really recommend this place for haircuts and hair coloring! Jon is super responsive for scheduling and friendly to talk to. I really appreciate being able to discuss with him regarding hair styles and colors that will suit me better. Great service overall. I drive 25 miles just to come here!! Highly recommend!

Jon is great! I was looking for a new stylist and tried so many other local salons. So happy to find him. His salon is incredibly clean. He usually only has one or two clients at a time so it’s never too loud in there. He’s also on top of the latest trends and will help choosing the best coloring. He’s quite busy so make sure to book at least two to three weeks in advance. Well worth the wait!

Have been a regular at Jon's for 3 years. Last year I moved to a further place and had to try a different salon... nah. I will rather drive my 50mins to Jon and have my beautiful hair done. Jon is always cheerful and easy to make appointment with. This time I tried some purple highlights, result is amazing, LOVE IT!

I had no problem getting an appointment and Jon was on time. Reasonably priced. I came to see him after 30 yesrs of getting my hair cut at another salon. I needed someone with fresh ideas and he was full of them. Extremely happy with the cut and easy to fix. Would highly recommend Jon to everyone. I was referred to him by a nurse who had a great cut.

Jon is amazing! Had a blast chatting while he did my hair, and honestly... I was so scared because I have pretty virgin hair - only attempted perming once before at another hairstylist but it didn't look good so they straight permed over it. Jon helped me stay calm and did such an INCREDIBLE job with the soft perm I ended up getting. He took his time and paid attention to every single detail and helped explain how to care for my hair afterwards. I waited a few days to do this review because my past experiences at other places have been off and on - sometimes it looks great immediately after but not so much after sleeping on it and/or washing it at home. Not the case here! It looks just as great as when he washed/blow dried for me. Thank you SOOOO much Jon!! Will definitely be back when the time comes 🙂 I usually don't like to post pics of myself on reviews, but making an exception for the awesome amazing job Jon did!! Edit: I wanted to add that I concur, Jon doesn't push you to buy the products in-store - I actually had to ask/remind him I wanted something! Such a nice change from having products shoved at you.

Jon is a fun hair stylist who takes his time to design your hair, and cuts in a style that has your hair looking healthy and light. I have straight Asian hair, and he shapes it precisely without making it look blunt 😊

Best haircut I’ve had! Jon really knows how to work with Asian hair, very detailed, very friendly!
