Delores is the best! I’ve been seeing her for many years for both cut and color. She truly knows all aspects of hair: texture, face shape, color, etc. and carefully listens to you and lends her expertise to make sure your vision becomes a reality. I love the way she blends the colors of my balayage—both natural and playful. She is also just a delightful woman; I love the time spent in her chair. 10/10 recommend!

I have faithfully followed Delores for over ten years. She is the best stylist I have ever had! As a person with curly hair, I had so many bad cuts before Delores. She is so skilled at curly hair; I always appreciate her knowledge, skills, and abilities. I never get a bad cut! I recommend her to everyone I know. Delores is also great at color. Thanks to her many years of color experience, she can color and highlight my hair perfectly. It's not easy with curly hair if the color doesn't hit right, but Delores is always perfect. Delores is not only great with curly hair and color; she is an exceptionally well-rounded stylist. Both my six-year-old and my grown-up husband go to Birdhouse Hair. Delores can do it all! Not only is Delores a talented, professional stylist, she is a fantastic human being who is kind and welcoming. She is patient with clients and creates a warm and calm atmosphere for all her customers. While Delores' skill and technique set her above other stylists, Delores' welcoming style keeps her customers faithfully coming back year, after year.

Delores exceeds my expectations every time we try a new color in my hair. I love that I can tell her what color I want in my hair & I can trust her to work her magic. Every time I’ve colored my hair with Delores it turns out better than I hoped.

Delores is the best in the business. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of hair (coloring, cuts, texture, curls, etc.) That’s one reason I love going to her (and have for many years now) but more than that; she’s the best human. Full of life, love, humor, kindness. She has a knack for making you feel comfortable. She’s an incredible story teller. She also has a crazy good memory. She’s the highlight of my week when I get to see her. There’s no one better ❤️

I prefer dry cuts because my hair is thick and very frizzy. I always have difficulty finding the perfect hair stylist for my hair. I was really worried about finding a hair salon in the U.S., but then I found Delores! When I arrived, she welcomed me warmly and we talk about my hair. I told her my hair problems and how I want to do, and she gave me advice, suggestions and solutions. I really enjoyed the way she cut my hair and also how she talked to me. In the past, I have had a hair stylist who didn't listen but push me to their idea of beauty, but Delores is totally different from them! I personally think it is very important to share the same image with the hair stylist. I truly appreciate her work! I can't wait to visit Delores again!

I love Delores! I’ve done quite a few experiments with my hair, and she’s never disappointed me. I always walk away happy. From mullets to bobs to bangs, she can do it all, and it will be an experience full of laughs and fun.
