Ashley butchered my hair. See pics. The red are the pictures I showed her (for length and shape, not color) vs what I got. Absolutely devastated. She cut off all my amazing curls and left me with this stringy, thin, oddly shaped cut. So upset. $42 wasted because they don't do refunds. It's the worst cut of my entire life. I look so stupid but it's too short to cut anymore off. Might as well have gone to Great Clips for $19 and gotten a better cut. Edit: It was NOT fixed to my satisfaction. As Hilary said while I was there for the "fix" I've been left with an stringy thin bob. I didn't want a bob. I wanted the cut in the pictures I showed the first stylist.

Nicole was very nice and gave me a wonderful haircut. It is nice to walk into a salon where everyone is friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure doing business with them. And Nicole was spot on with her lunch recommendations!

I was a walk in customer, the staff welcomed me with a cheery hello . I was even offered a bottle of water , coffee or tea. Great service. My stylist Hilda was great she helped me with my dission. I have long , fine hair so to fine someone that can cut it up to my standards is hard. I would recommend her .

Valerie was over the top helpful in explaining to my son who’s 12 and wanting a perm! She paid attention to detail along the way advising what she be doing. This helped him be very comfortable and confident and helped me "as a Mom thru her sons’s eyes thinking she knows everything!" He loved the end result and met his expectations over & above!

First time coming here and I had such a great experience. My hair stylist Ashley did an actual consultation before we started the work on my hair. I got color and a cut. A complicated color at that. She had the most perfect foils on my hair, gave me a deep conditioning which was unexpected and the end results are amazing. When I got home even before I could ask my husband if he like my haircut. He said he loved my hair-that has never happened before.

I love the ease of scheduling with this salon. Everyone is always so friendly, pleasant and professional. Ashley has been my stylist whenever I go in. She's fantastic and really listens to her clients and meets their requests.

My stylist Audel was GREAT. But the missed appointment policy is ridiculous. I’ve been going here since I moved to Arizona in 2023. I’ve missed two - three appts because I work overnight and sometimes I think I can make it and I don’t. I call immediately and reschedule for later in the day or another day. After a few time, they told me I cannot book appointments anymore, I have to walk in and wait for something to be available - not even schedule a new appointment, only allowing same day services. It’s ridiculous when you have a career where you are in and out of work all the time and have to walk in and wait 3 hours to get seen. I’ve moved since then, but just be careful when you are getting services like color and retouching color, consistency cuts
