I wash my hair daily with the individual bond keratin hair extensions and they are very easy to maintain. The blonde and brown highlights she provides matches the hair extensions perfectly, adding fullness and length that I want. I love them, and I don’t know what I would do without Terri!!!!! You didn’t just give me beautiful hair—you gave me a boost of confidence, joy, and spark right in time for the holidays. For those reading this review, here’s a bit of backstory of why this means so much: I have lupus and have struggled for years with hair loss and thinning. I recently started my healing journey consisting of hair-repair therapy including Nutrafol and Minoxidil, and other treatments, and just hoping for even a little improvement. What I wanted most for the holidays was to feel like myself again—just with a bit more length and fullness. Terri not only exceeded my expectations, but she guided me with such care. With her years of expertise and training, she educated me every step of the process and teaching me how to protect —not just my hair, but also on how to get the most from my investment. Working with Terri was truly a joy ( even at 7 am) and I’m beyond grateful I trusted her with my hair—because the results brought tears to my eyes. She did a phenomenal job.

I had my first appointment scheduled for over two weeks and even took the day off for it. They called to tell me my appointment was canceled hours before my appointment because the girl is sick. I do want to say I fully understand if the stylist is sick, but it rubs me the wrong way when the salon WOULD charge me full price for canceling but they don’t even offer $5 off or even 5% off as a sorry for the rescheduled time. I don’t even expect much but when the customer has to pay full price if they did the same thing, and you guys don’t even offer something small? Canceling hours before with nothing but a sorry is kind of messed up. $5 is not much, 5% isn’t much. I really don’t care what it was, but nothing is a bit interesting when you expect more from us as costumers. I missed out on work as well. I would have accepted something small from them, just to show they felt a bit bad. But since I’m not inconveniencing them, they’re the ones inconveniencing me, it’s less important.. to them.

Lynda did her big one on my hair!!! She took her time and made it so personalized to my features.i got a pixie cut and i had really long hair before. It is the best hair cut I have gotten hands down. Usually I get nervous but she made me feel at ease and I had such an enjoyable experience!!!! Thank you again, I will definitely be coming back when I need a trim 🙂
