Tangles Hair Salon

I took the whole family today, we were walk-ins, no appointment. We were immediately seated and they went to work. The stylists (is that the right word?) each understood the assignment. Absolute professionals. I'm not sure I've ever been so happy with a haircut. 10/10, highly recommend!

Took my two daughters 12&9. Maizy was great with them and explained everything to me (no clue about hair). My girls said it was very laid back and didn’t feel uncomfortable like other salons. Great job will be back!

Charlotte is great! Last year, my friend introduced me to Tangles. Charlotte listens, cuts the style requested, offers advice on hair health. She is worth the drive from Austin.

I got full highlights through Sara Patrol. I’m so pleased with the outcome! I normally go to Milk and Honey Salon in Austin but my normal girl is on maternity leave. A friend recommended Sara and I couldn’t be more happy! It was half the cost I normally pay, and she was such a joy to talk to! I’ll definitely be back.

Melanie is great. Very knowledgeable and really listens to what you want. Extremely nice. She always goes above and beyond. I will continue to get my hair done by her.

1st time customer and I am thrilled with the color and cut that Becky gave me yesterday. Was a bold move to do a big change like that with a new hair dresser, but she, and everyone there made it so comfy, and did a great job. Will be coming back. comingbackback!time comes.

Well I got to say sadly I will not be going back overcharged just for trim the lady paid more attention to talking to another stylist rather than concentrating on my hair she actually stopped more than one time just to talk that is not very professional even though she was a very nice lady I will not be going back I'm very picky about my hair I told her this I told her exactly what I I wanted and to pay $25 for a trim and to get my split ends cut off? Never again but like I said the atmosphere was nice and she was very polite but sadly that's the nicest thing I have to say about this place formerly called Charlotte's Web
