Called and said they wouldn't let me book an appointment for my wife would not recommend

Had my hair cut and bleached a few months ago here. First glance, it looked great. I have never really worn my hair natural so I thought it looked great at first. Not only was it completely uneven, but the lady that styled me, cut a freaking bald spot right behind my ear! Didn't notice for over 2 weeks. It's barely growing back after 3mos. She was rushing and clearly just didn't care! I cannot remember her name but I think she owns the shop. Needless to say, think twice before getting your hair done here!!

I went into the salon scared because my hair was a mess. I also knew that it was going to have to be cut short and I was as scared what it was going to look like. But let me tell you that this lady has the hands of God. She did my perm, color, cut and style so fast . When I looked in the mirror I was so shocked she made me look good. Her prices are very affordable. This salon is my new hair place. I tell you will get the best hair style every. Thank you so much.

I was looking for a stylist to do my hair, which I came across Takoma. She was very nice when I spoke to her. Even thought it was last minute she fit me into her schedule. I really loved the work she done to my hair. I would highly recommend other people to go to her. She know what she is doing. I will definitely come back to her salon.

I called Takoma Saturday morning and asked if I can come in the same day or maybe next weekend for a relaxer touch up and she told me to get in within the hour. I brought my own hair relaxer creme that I’ve been using for years and she had no problem using it on my hair. My mom normally does my hair including the relaxer and haircuts. I haven’t been able to trust anyone on my hair but this time I took a leap of faith with many positive reviews on Google and went for it. Came right in and had my hair done soooo quickly. Nothing burned, nothing hurt or was pulled. I can finally feel my scalp meaning it’s breathing! It was just an incredible experience. She also trimmed my ends soooo perfectly, dried my hair and styled it so I looked good walking out that salon. Well needed salon day, and I’m for sure coming back next time, nothing can take this experience away.

The BEST Stylist in Florida. She can style, cut, weave and perm better than anyone I know. She also specializes with natural hair as well. She takes appointments and walk ins. Get rid of your zero sorry stylist and come and let Takoma be your HERO!!!
