Mimi really helped me out so much she is great. I had to take out braids that were bothering me really bad and she was able to fix it quickly and give me a beautiful brand new style!

I went to angel for 2 jumbo feed in braids. SLAYED and laid. I fell in love with these ladies as soon as I walked in. They were welcoming and communicative, definitely powerful female hustlers. Angel was awesome aside from the price being a bit more than I expected but it is a shop and typically shop prices are higher than freelancers. I got it done yesterday and I'm pretty sure everywhere I have gone I've gotten 1000s of compliments. Love my hair and will be coming back! Support local businesses!

I had an incredible experience at Mimi's House of Beauty! From the moment I walked in, I felt positive energy from my stylist. The atmosphere was very inviting. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyone my expectations. If you're looking for a salon in Tampa that truly cares about their clients and provide exceptioal service, Mimi's house of Beauty is the plan to go!

I called Mimie to book a same day appointment and she told me to come to the location at 1pm, on getting there she still had someone in the chair as well as another client waiting. I ended up waiting about 3 hours before she was able to start on my hair. I was there for a weave takedown as well as a wash and blow dry. During the take down, Mimie showed zero care for my hair and cut my hair down to about 1/2 an inch in several spots. She was cutting the weave off so fast without care for the hair and denied she had cut my hair. After i pointed out the obviously shorter pieces in multiple places, she kept on insisting it was just "fluff". This was a truly horrible experience for me because i came for a professional take down service and instead had my hair chopped off and the stylist insisting she didn’t cut my hair as pieces of my chopped hair lay on her floor. Tardy and unprofessional.

Was visiting Tampa for a few days and needed to get my hair blow dried and flat ironed. Found Mimie online and made an appointment. I was so pleased. Mimie was pleasant and jovial. The salon was clean and airy. She assessed my hair and immediately I knew she knew her stuff. My hair came out great!! I was soo happy that I chose Mimie.

In my experience, Keyonna is the best... period! I appreciate her professionalism (at all times!), expertise with improving the health of my hair, talent with giving me the best look, and customer service with showing up in the best mood, eager to please and helpful. She's so dependable, I can put money on it! Truly love that about her!

My daughter has been seeing Tami for the past 4 years and she's has gotten braids, weaves and even the protein treatment and we have never been disappointed with the results. She always gives us advise on how to take care of your hair in between our visits. As for me, I even decided to have Tami as my hairdresser because I decided to go natural. My hair is now healthier and looks better than it's been in years. Tami is very accommodating and I can usually get an appointment within a few days of calling her. The money investment is well worth it!
