M2 HAIR SALON

I had a very disappointing experience at M2 Hair Salon. While the salon itself is spacious and bright, that’s where the positives end. I was taken immediately for my haircut, which was completed in under 10 minutes and felt rushed. What concerned me most was hygiene. I noticed that the tools were piled on top of each other behind the mirror and did not appear to be properly cleaned or sanitized. This raised serious concerns about whether proper health and safety standards are being followed. I also did not see any licenses or certifications displayed, which is usually standard practice in salons. Unfortunately, after my visit I developed a painful infection that required medical treatment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential clients to look elsewhere. I chose this salon because of the many positive Google reviews, but given what happened, I seriously question their authenticity.

This shop is terrible. I used to have a hairdresser who did a decent job, but he quit. I took my son to get a haircut that day, but I didn't see the hairdresser. They said he was done, so I figured since I was there, I'd let him do it. He ended up cutting my son's ear until it bled. He scratched it with the clipper, and the haircut was awful. I told him it made my ear bleed, and he said it was nothing to worry about and that I could just apply some liquid soap. My son is only 5 years old and was very well behaved during haircuts, not moving around. He's been terrified of haircuts ever since. I'm so pissed off by this shop. It's 25 dollars per session, but the haircut is so poor. I'll never go back again.

this is how they blow dried my hair. don't go here especially if you have curly or wavy hair. he hand feathered my hair while drying with a blow dryer, which is a huge no. he should have went straight to blow drying straight with a brush. they put nothing on your hair for the frizz. literally left with a mess I had to fix at home. can't do a simple blow dry smh.

It can be understood by straightening the hair that can be understood. In order to do business and drag you, I can also understand. The only thing I do n’t understand is that I am a straightened hair?Everything is shampoo after waiting for two days. Look, is this the state of straightening hair?The money does not spend less, but the hair is like this ... terrible.

Favorite place ever!! Service is great and everyone is so nice! They give the BEST massages when getting your hair washed and are great with coloring!

Beautiful new salon in the Annandale neighborhood. A friend recommended the salon after her positive review. Thank you for an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in someone greeted me and escorted me to the woman who washed my hair. She took her time massaging and washing my hair which I appreciated. The stylist Ming did exactly what I asked for and remained professional throughout the whole process. I inquired if they also cut kids hair and they responded yes. Love the new salon and look forward to future visits!

Pretty fine just didn’t get all my hair color the same color but I guess is because I have three different type of color at the first place but still price is pricey
