Royal Salon

This is my first time at this salon. The owner was nice and friendly. The place was easy to get to and had its own parking as well. My experience was so so….. I haven’t been to a hair salon in years and don’t go because I feel like they don’t respect natural very curly hair. With that said, I felt like she could’ve taken more detangling my hair. Instead of starting from the ends and using a wide tooth comb to prevent breakage or damage, she did not, she started combing from the root. I felt rushed. I take the health of my hair very seriously and I felt she just didn’t have the same concern. I’m unsure if I will return. Which I hate, because of the other reviews, I thought this would’ve been a great place for me to get my hair done.

came in to get a trim! mayra was very sweet and kind. would definitely recommend for those with type 4 hair (mine is 4a) looking for a quick, painless blowout and cut experience 🙂 thanks!

This is the best Dominican salon! Mayra is fantastic. I get a wash and set and it looks so smooth, with body and shine. It lasts 10 days at least. She has a beautiful salon and does nails and parties too.

I had the absolute best experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere immediately made me feel comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where you feel that appreciated as a customer, but this salon truly exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and an amazing overall experience.

I’ve been coming to Mayra for the past year and she always get me right! She recommend a keratin treatment and it was the best decision for me. Thank you for making my birthday special as well today! You’re the best!

Best availability and scheduling flexibility for any hair salon I've gone to. Excellent wash and dry service and I always get compliments on my hair when it's blown out by Mayra. I am particular too as my hair is kinky. Feels very healthy. Pricey though, most expensive hair wash and blow dry I've gone for on weekly basis.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a pain-free silk press!! My hairstylist did an amazing job and I’m so thankful that she was able to blow dry and flat iron my 4C natural hair.
