Would not recommend this place for perms. I got my hair permed and the top ended up coming out super curly and the ends were straight. I called and told them what happened and that I would like a refund. My hair was long and healthy when I came in. Now my hair is damaged and short. I came back in because the manager wanted to see if I needed it styled or if the perm wasn’t right. He recognized the ends were straight. I let them style my hair and trim it more because I really wanted to make this work. I left again and once again my ends are straight and I’m not happy and I did not get what I asked for. I shouldn’t have to style my hair 1 hour everyday to get it to look decent. I am a full time mom and work full time. I can’t do this everyday and use heat on it to make it look decent. I asked for a refund and he said he cannot give me a refund and that it was probably from past perms or my hair coloring. I just looked at when I got my hair last permed and it was the year 2021 and I’ve gotten my hair permed after dying my hair and this has never happened. I sent almost 200 for a terrible perm. The fact that the stylist told me since I haven’t dyed my hair or had a perm in years shouldn’t be a problem and still blamed it on me is not okay. My hair looks horrible and this is not ok. Edited to Reply The manager and stylist told me since I haven’t dyed my hair in over 2 years it shouldn’t be a problem. I haven’t had my hair permed in 5 years and it’s all chopped off because I also told them I’ve cut a lot of my hair off in the past. Take accountability. You guys ruined my hair. I can’t even look at it in the mirror.

Alyssa is the only one I’ll ever trust again with my thick hair. My husband said it’s the first time I’ve ever been truly happy with my hair after leaving the salon. She expertly guided me towards the best tone for my hair so I’m no longer washed out, taking me darker without being too dark, and it’s hands down the best hair cut I’ve ever had. My hair is still long and flowing with a thick look but without all the weight. I highly recommend Alyssa!! She was wonderful with my daughter as well.

Me and my niece Journey came in together and got our hair cut and colored. Haley took very good care of us. My color and cut came out absolutely amazing and my niece Journey hair came out better than it ever has before. She was very friendly and caring person. She check on us serval times to see if we need anything. I have never been to hair salon that made feel me so welcome. I live 8 hours away. I will be driving 8 hours to come here get hair cut and colored again . The staff was absolutely amazing

This was my first time at Salon Volo and Alyssa did a fantastic job! I have curly hair and wanted to go shorter and she immediately got my vision and offered great expertise. This haircut is a breath of fresh air. My 13-year-old said I looked "tea" and I'm getting all sorts of compliments. Thank you, Alyssa!

I had a phenomenal experience at this salon. I booked my appointment with Trinity who did an AMAZING job with my balayage and hair treatments. My hair used to be one of my favorite parts of myself. In the last year, I’ve struggled with severe hair loss and hair thinning. I came to the salon a bit nervous because I didn’t want to further the damage to my hair, but my nerves immediately disappeared within a few minutes of my consultation. Trinity did such a great job at suggesting what would be best for my hair and how to care for it going forward. It’s been a long time since I felt confident about my hair, and after visiting the salon with Trinity, I feel like a new woman!

Amber did an amazing job trimming my hair. She listened and then did exactly what I wanted. I have already booked my color appt. with her! The Salon is very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
