Ciao Bella Salon

Steve did highlights on my daughter's hair just in time for senior year homecoming dance. This was the best experience we've ever had at a hair salon. Steve went into detailed explanations as to the product he was using as well as the science behind how highlighting with bleach products is completed and how highlighting with dying the hair is completed. He gave my daughter a choice about what style and color of highlights she wanted. He took the time to educate her on better hair care techniques and did not push hair product on her. Very hospitable atmosphere; we'll definitely be returning in the future!

I have used Collette Edward’s as my hair stylist for 15 plus years and love how she cuts, colors and styles my hair. Both my daughters and my mother also have used Collette as their stylist for many years. She really works with you on finding the perfect hair cut and style you desire. She is very knowledgeable ,friendly, reliable and conscientious of your time. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Colette for many years. Love the atmosphere, stylists make you feel at home, and after a certain point you feel like extended family. I have always been pleased with my hair after leaving the salon. I see the owners, Steve and Colette, have a great rapport with their clients and work very hard to please each customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great people!

1/19/22 I had my first appointment at Ciao Bella Salon yesterday with Steve and WOW, WOW, WOW! What an amazing and pleasant experience. I had dark hair underneath, bleached blonde highlights, and about six months of growth with gray hair mixed in. He consulted with me, made a plan, and I am more than completely satisfied with the results. He covered the damaged, bleached hair, gave me a beautiful all over color with subtle highlights throughout and a fabulous haircut. Steve is a master with color! I went to work after the appointment and a customer said they loved my color and asked where I went, I happened to have Steve's card with me and gave it to her to make an appointment. I chose Ciao Bella based on the reviews and all the positive reviews are right on the money. I highly recommend Ciao Bella for all of your salon services.

After moving to Saint Charles I needed to find a new salon and I tried Ciao Bella after seeing all the high reviews. It’s a very welcoming environment and Colette takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a haircut. She is very patient and will work with you until you are completely satisfied - which is great for me because I can sometimes have too many opinions about my hair. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a haircut! She told me she specializes in hair color and I look forward to working with her one day when I need a color change.

We had an ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS experience today. We would love to thank Steve for giving our daughter EXACTLY what our daughter wanted for her birthday hair cut. She was super excited and super pleased with the end result as are we. We want to thank you again for your ABSOLUTELY wonderful service and we will definitely be back. Here for a visit from out of town, and spontaneously stopped in for a hair cut after a quick search on Yelp. A bit out of my comfort zone to stop into a place I had never been, but I am so glad I chose this salon! Todd was extremely nice and personable, and my hair looks and feels amazing! I appreciate not only the haircut, but more importantly the welcoming environment and friendliness. Highly recommend this salon--go see Todd!
