Envee Salon

I am livid! my wife wanted to be a little more pampered and is a hairstylist herself so she looked for a more personal salon that would take their time, which is not what happened. On the website it says you’ll have an hour long appointment. I understand we ordered an Apprentice cut(less experienced) my wife wanted to do her part helping other stylists but it is listed for an hour long cut! Which it was not! And yes full disclosure I know pixies are hard but my wife showed them a picture of what she wanted and they said okay. The stylists are extremely unconcerned with their clients just having conversations with each other NOT ABOUT HAIR and not communicating with THEIR CLIENTS! Which is a big comfort to clients especially when trying new hair styles and basically customer service 101 in a service industry! The master hairstylist that was supervising the apprentices was so incredibly busy she didn’t ask for any clarification when she came over to help start the pixie she just cut a large chunk out and showed the apprentice to just go at it because it’s gonna be short anyway in the end. My wife had asked for a bit of a longer pixie to the apprentice who was supposed to be doing the cut! Terrible layers in the back and my wife had to fix it herself at home! What was supposed to be a bit of a new change and pampering for my wife turned into a very upset client and we will never come back!

So strange that the "friend" got a haircut but that "friend" has left 5 bad reviews. As a fellow business owner myself, it’s so shameful that 1 "friend" is leaving 5 separate reviews. At least space them out to make them believable. I will have to absolutely disagree. I have been going to Caroline for years. She has been nothing less of amazing. She is so sweet, caring, professional and very attentive. She is my go to girl. So much so, I bring my kids to her. She is very understanding if plans change so on and so forth. Overall Envee is a great salon and I use other services here as well. All the employees are amazing. The owner is so great and I always feel at home when I step through that door.

Caroline has been doing my hair for a little over 2 years now, though I love everyone at this salon (they are the sweetest) Caroline is my stylist for life! She has always made me feel heard and validated, not to mention how talented she is at cosmetology. Caroline always makes sure to give me a proper consultation before ever even touching my hair, reassuring me that we are on the same page. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients and I’m grateful I’ve found such a talented hairstylist!!!!! I’ve never been more happy with my hair than when Caroline does it. SHES AMAZING!!!

Ok not only is this the cutest salon, but I had the CUTEST stylist!!! Marlie Lloyd brought my sad, faded looking color back to life! She took the time before starting to talk about what I wanted and actually made my hair dreams come true! I trusted her completely with my cut and she did not disappoint! If you want great hair, she's the one to go to! Now go get on her books!!

Libbee did a great job on my hair! She was so sweet & professional. She gave me great tips to take home with me, as well as greatly recommended products. Can’t wait to try!

I helped my wife book an appointment at Envee Salon to get her hair done. The morning of the appointment, it was canceled due to overbooking, a flaw in their system. If that time slot wasn’t available it shouldn’t be available for others to book. On top of that, we tried to get another available time slot for the same day, but a bit later. I took my wife to the later appointment, there was no one there to greet us for a while, they could’ve been understaffed but we would’ve appreciated someone taking two seconds to come out and say "we’ll be with you shortly". There was no one else in line or waiting when we arrived. Eventually, someone did come out and said our stylist was finishing up an appointment and will be with us very soon, so we sat down. Twenty five minutes later, the stylist still isn’t done, not even an update. Again, we would’ve appreciated the two seconds it would take to say "almost done!", despite our stylist already being over twenty minutes late to a confirmed and booked time slot for us. We would’ve stayed if we were shown any kind of of professionalism from either helping us on time and not be late, greet us, give us updates when being late, not to mention overbooking with the first appointment. My wife and I had to go to our scheduled photo shoot soon after and skipped her hair being done. Not a good experience, we don’t intend on going back and wouldn’t recommend this place for important occasions.

Please never go to this salon, my friend got a haircut from Caroline and got terrible layers. They are choppy and uneven. She just asked for long layers and ended up with super short, careless pieces randomly chopped off. We tried contacting the salon and Caroline, when Caroline started freaking out claiming she "is amazing at her work" and "has never messed up". This is extremely unprofessional and not okay. If you’re going to give bad haircuts and then refuse to admit it and not give a refund, then find a new hobby. Don’t go to this salon. But, if you do, ask for anyone but her.
