My wife received a 150$ gift card from my mother, today she went to Avea and got a 150$ hair cut. Upon payment, the business owner refused to accept the gift card and slandered my wife saying she might have found it in a trash can and that the owner couldn't confirm that it wasn't fraudulent. my wife called my mother and she still wouldn't accept the gift card. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau and I reccomend that no one support a business that treats customers like this. Obligated to honor gift cards If a business keeps the same name, it is obligated to honor gift cards1. This applies to both open-loop gift cards (redeemable anywhere) and closed-loop cards (redeemable only in one store)3. The fact that a new person or entity now owns the business does not change its obligations1

I've been going to Coral for years and she is awesome! She goes out of her way for her clients. If you need to get worked in last minute she will find a way. She has also gotten so popular I schedule out my appts 2x just to make it easy. She has always done what I've asked and many times I have no clue what I want and ask for her advice. She is very knowledgeable. She will be honest with you about what your hair will and wont do or what precisely it will take to accomplish your request. She's aces in my book. Plus she's a really nice human being. Love her!

Saw Coral again today for a cut and color. I love this salon and have been going to Coral for over five years. Coral is very knowledgeable and professional and I have appreciated her suggestions and guidance over the years! I also look forward to our chats every month during appointments - I highly recommend Coral!

I had a lovely relaxing haircut with Coral and left the salon with exactly what I wanted. We talked through my ideas and she helped me figure out what was best for my hair. Will definitely be going back!

I see Michelle Sparks and Coral. I take my teenage girls here as well. Each stylist is her own business owner. You will need an appointment with a stylist ahead of time, no walk ins. Everyone is very skilled and the salon is very nice and well equipped. Lots of easy parking.

Coral was very rude with my family! We only said what haircut we wanted and that something she did, didn’t look as we wanted. She said, "let me finish or I will have to let you go!" Is that how you treat your clients? Our comment was not rude or disrespectful, we didn’t yell or fight, just asked to leave longer hair. This is normal when people ask what they want when they pay for it. Later she texted me that my kid was disrespectful with her. He didn’t even talked to her, didn’t say a word! He sat and almost cried because he was afraid she would cut his hair too short, and she says he was disrespectful?! Who was?! She knew he had bad experience before, she could be nicer and assure him that everything will be okay. This was terrible experience for him, and worse that she texted blaming me and my child in what he didn’t do! I don’t recommend this person to anyone!
