If I could give this salon ten stars then I would! Tria did an amazing job fixing my hair exactly how I wanted it to look and took extra special care of me while I was there. I wish I had found her and this salon a year ago and saved myself many headaches. I noted one review said this is a family salon and they are absolutely correct, you feel right at home there and can laugh with others easily. Thank you Tria for a job well done and for making me feel pretty again, I really needed that!

Lisa is an amazing hair stylist! She has done my hair for both proms and I reccommend her for anyone with insanely thick hair like me. I've never had such a fun hair stylist that also does amazing with my hair!

Amazing haircut by Lisa! I was in Spokane on vacation from CA and now may have to come back for my next haircut! I could not be happier. Lisa listened and gave me exactly what I wanted in a haircut. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and it felt very Covid safe.

I made an appointment with Jesse. I haven't had my hair cut in a few years so I was kind of nervous about it. Jesse was Awesome! She took time before she did anything and asked me questions about what I wanted and how much time I wanted to spend styling it. We looked at some pictures and found one I liked. She washed, cut, blowdryed and straightened it all in an hour. And I love it! Quick and painless. Great conversation, i.e. New therapist 👍 I will definitely be back. I will give her 5 star 🌟 ⭐✨🌟⭐! I always see Lisa for my cut and colors, she's amazing and great if you want to talk the whole time, or if you wanna just read or relax she's cool w/ that too. I even got my mom going there for her cut n color and she's rather "picky" just like me when it to my hair nails and facials.

I just moved to the Spokane area a few weeks ago and needed to find a new stylist. I did reviews online and found a place near my new home. I made appointments for my roommate and myself at Concepts. This was one of the WORST hair cuts I have ever received. The lady hardly knew how to even handle a pair of scissors or clippers. She left many areas of uneven hair. It was so bad I had to go and pay another place another $20 to fix her mess up's. Never go there again or suggest it to anyone.
