The stylist took the time to listen to my concerns about my previous self at home haircuts, which had left me feeling less than confident. What truly impressed me was the excellent communication throughout the process. They explained each step of the transformation, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about what to expect. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping me achieve the look I wanted. The result? A stunning hairstyle that completely transformed my appearance! I walked out feeling like a new person, and I can honestly say I love my hair now.

I took my daughter (9 year old) and Niece (8 year old) for a littler girl time and they loved it. They were treated like little princess. They said they want every hair cut there from now on. Bielka and Sandra were so good with them. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be returning.

The nice lady who done my service is named Bielka. Welcoming me with a big smile. I came in to get my hair dyed and I left so satisfied with the results. The process was so comfortable and very professional, when washing my hair she was very careful and I like how she didn’t have long nails and wasn’t poking me. She explained step by step before the process even started 10/10 service!!! Thank you again Bielka

Fast, Beautiful, and Professional Work. Bielka was soo patient and Explained everything that was going on to bring down my anxiety, really recommend for anyone wanting to treat themselves to a beautiful hair do and relaxing time ❤️

The customer service at this salon was great. The owner and Carla were both very attentive and kind, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I also appreciated the little touches like being offered coffee, tea, water, or even mimosas during my visit. I originally came in just for a haircut, which was $65, and I wanted only the tips trimmed since I had a lot of split ends. Carla did cut my hair at the beginning, and when I mentioned I still saw split ends, she was more than happy to cut a bit more to make sure they were gone, which I appreciated. However, once I got home, I noticed that the front of my hair was not cut evenly .. my right side bangs are almost an inch longer than the left (see photo). Because of this, I probably would not return specifically for a haircut. During my consultation, they also recommended a "Hair Botox" treatment ($300) to help with frizz. They showed me videos of previous results that looked very shiny and healthy. I asked twice whether it would affect my curls and was told it would not. In reality, it DID relax my curls and left my hair looking semi-straight. Personally, I don’t mind this and actually enjoy not having to spend two hours styling my hair, BUT if you are very attached to your curls, I would not recommend this treatment. (See photo of curls before Botox) I waited a full week before writing this review to see how the Hair Botox held up, and I will say that my hair looks very healthy and shiny. If it continues to last as recommended, I do plan to return in about 3 -4 months just for the Botox treatment, not a haircut. That said, I do think the pricing and product recommendations could be handled more professionally and more upfront. I initially came in for a haircut and left with a $365 bill. At the end of the service, they also recommended a specific shampoo and conditioner that they said were needed to maintain the Botox treatment. This caught me off guard, as I wish this had been explained during the initial consultation. I had already mentioned that my budget was $300, so being told afterward that I needed additional products felt uncomfortable. They also charge a 3.65% credit card fee, so I ended up paying via Zelle, which is essentially cash. None of these things are necessarily bad, but new clients should be aware that small extra charges can add up quickly. With a 365 bill, I wanted to put it on my credit card to pay throughout the month.... So this really put a dent on my planning To be fair, once I explained that I couldn’t afford their specific shampoo, Carla did recommend a sulfate-free shampoo instead, which I appreciated. Overall, the services themselves are good, and there is no ill will toward the staff or the salon. I would just strongly recommend being more upfront about the total cost and any required aftercare so clients can make fully informed decisions ... especially when investing in expensive treatments. Would also recommend practicing curly hair, and how to cut in layers.

I visited twice for a simple, quick haircut, but both experiences were overshadowed by them constantly trying to sell me a product. Despite saying I wasn't interested, I was approached by three different people—including the owner—who repeatedly pushed a hair mask treatment and various products. I went twice asking for a quick haircut and both times made it really uncomfortable. They also left a strand of hair uncut, I didn't notice since it was the back of my head and my coworkers noticed and cut it for me. the only reason I left a review is because they asked me twice also to leave a review.
