Supercuts

Azaylee did a great job and was very personable and friendly. She cut off at least 7 inches off my hair as I asked, and layered it perfectly. And she was quick, within 20 minutes. I could tell she was not a novice and was confident in what she was doing. She seemed seasoned and professional. Very positive experience. I will be back.

Im so happy with my experience at Supercuts. I had a little time and thought id see if I could do a walk in. I waited for around 15 minutes, which wasn't bad, and the service I received was amazing!!! My stylist was Azaylee and she was extremely nice and she did an amazing job with my hair! I will definitely be recommending Supercuts and Azaylee to everyone!!!!

I can always get an appointment at my convenience within a day or two. I know they take walk ins as well, but I always have several services done each time so I schedule my appointments. The studio is always clean and decorated tastefully for the season/holiday. They have/use quality products and I always leave looking great! The prices are incredible. I have paid up to three times what I spend here and never looked as good!

Great experience as always. My son is 12 years old and has epilepsy and sensory issues so he doesn’t really sit still. Jennifer, who gave him the haircut, was extremely cool and calm about it. She was cool the time before this too. I get a little anxious bringing him to get a haircut because he used to hate it but since I’ve been taking him here, he doesn’t mind it anymore. A great success 🙌

Jen has done my hair every time I've gone in there. She is amazing. She's friendly, sweet, warm, and is amazing with a pair of shears. I won't go anywhere else!!

I called that morning and thankfully they had time for us to jump into a spot that afternoon! Everyone was very kind and they offered coffee while I waited for my daughters turn. We explained what type of cut we wanted and they were able to explain to us how they are able to donate her hair for wigs, which was what we had wanted. Care was given through the whole experience and they made sure my daughter was comfortable with the whole process. The cut turned out excellent and she looks as cute as a button! The price was so reasonable, I think I left more in a tip than the cut cost us. I highly recommend!

I feel bad to writte this negative review, but it is mainly addressed to the location management to encourage them to take actions to prevent this from happening to someone else. I checked-in with 5 min of delay, so I understood when they called a person who was in there before me. But then, while I was waiting, somebody else arrived and was called right away. When the two ladies working at the moment got free, they started doing errants without even looking at the waiting area. After 35 min from my appointment and 2 people blatantly attended before me, I told the girl at the front desk to please cancel my appointment. I know this doesn't represent the values of the company, since I usually attend other location, and I have had experienced nothing but great service. Thank you for your attention to this review, and I really hope that this was a random unique situation.
